About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community

Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs

Requirements
Experience and Skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Comfort level with using a laptop computer as well as basic computer skills
* Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
* Ability to meet the unique care needs of various patients and families
* Prefer previous experience using sensitivity and compassion in serving patients and families facing a terminal illness, death and bereavement
* Clinical competence in the provision of safe, supportive personal care
* Fiscal understanding in the planning and delivery of services

* Active CNA Certificate

Physical Demands

Help clients take prescribed medication
