What You'll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic, supporting physicians and patients with:

Job Description
Under the supervision, and/or direction of the Nursing Director / Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse, performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital.
Position Qualification:
High School graduate or equivalent work experience; and Minimum of six months experience as a Patient Care Tech in a hospital setting; or EKG, Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification; or Foreign Nurse/Physician with appropriate documentation.
Nursing Student that completed 1st year of Nursing School.
Requires a thorough knowledge of basic nursing functions to meet patient needs for ADL's must be able to work rapidly under stressful situations with many interruptions.
Must successfully complete Glucometer training and pass online testing module.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required BLS certification from the American Red Cross.
