Job duties include, but are not limited to, basic daily functions such as: bathing, feeding, dressing, changing, engaging residents in activities, and charting. Resident Care Aides are expected to know resident names, reading/signing care plans, keeping roll call, maintaining safety, receiving/giving report to other staff/supervisors, proper communication with residents and other staff, and also proper fall alarm use.
