This person will be responsible for handling about 50+ calls per day for multiple primary care offices across Southern California. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals/follow up care. This position is fully on-site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around 2-3 months of working - depending on performance) where it will then go remote. Must be able to work any/all shifts between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.
