Responsibilities The Unit Secretary/Monitor Tech provides clerical assistance to the Nursing Unit. This position transcribes doctors' orders, maintains patient charts, receives documents and follows-through with phone orders, provides general clerical support (filing, faxing, copying, sorting mail, ordering supplies, placing maintenance orders), and maintains unit statistics.
