Position Overview
Our Behavioral Health Technician l will provide direct care and support to individuals undergoing treatment for eating disorders, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Compensation Range:
Behavioral Health Technician: $22.00 - $28.00

Schedule
Full Time, 0.8 FTE / 32hrs per week, focusing on Days and Evenings shifts, (will still be trained on Overnights for coverage and includes weekend shifts).
How Behavioral Health Technicians Empower Recovery:
Ensure the strictest adherence to professional boundaries with clients, consistently upholding ethical standards and creating a safe, respectful environment for all interactions.
Provide compassionate and supportive care to clients, including assisting with daily activities, monitoring mealtimes/snacks, and helping to create a structured and therapeutic environment in alignment with Accanto's best practices.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, dietitians, nurses, and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care to clients which furthers their recovery.
Monitor client behavior and physical health, accurately documenting observations and reporting any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate internal resource.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by adhering to all safety protocols, responding to crises as needed, and employing de-escalation techniques with clients.
Provide support with client activities of daily living and self-care, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
Complete clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Facilitate therapeutic activity groups which may include art activities, music, journaling, mindfulness, relaxation, games etc.) to support client engagement and recovery.
Provide clients with transportation as needed for medical appointments.
Consume therapeutic meals (snacks, etc.) with clients and/or families to model normalized eating behavior, while on shift. As this is a therapeutic intervention, meals must include the basic plating requirements of the patient meal and utilize the items provided on the hot and cold bars, or a fully plated meal in kitchen/restaurant (as appropriate).
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or higher or at least 2 years of healthcare experience in a similar position/ related field preferred. (i.e. Paraprofessional, Mental Health Technician, Behavior Specialist, Recovery Coach).
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related field; a relevant certification or licensure preferred.
Professional Qualifications:
This is an entry-level position; however, 6+ months of direct client care / milieu experience in a mental/behavioral health or healthcare setting, particularly with eating disorders is preferred.
Completion of Preceptor Program preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Employees at Residential sites must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to drive.
Employees at Residential are required to have a current Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Employees at Residential sites are required to have a current First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

We are looking for someone in this position to work a Sunday- Thursday schedule on a consistent basis.

Your base hourly rate starts at $25.04 once fully licensed. All team members are eligible for overtime on an as-needed basis.
Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. Part-time team members working 16 hours a week or more will receive $250 per month. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly goals in 2024 except one.
Team members are also eligible for annual bonuses which are a combination of cash and stock options.
As a full-time employee, you are guaranteed weekly pay equivalent to 30 hours of work, but can earn more by working more.
All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants and profit sharing, which are awarded based on performance.
We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows.

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Monitor Route Technician to join our mitigation team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring water mitigation projects, ensuring all materials reach dry standards, and maintaining excellent communication with homeowners. You'll also assist with field demo work when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Begin each day by reviewing your assigned schedule and preparing for site visits.
Call homeowners before departure to provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Upon arrival at each job site, use moisture meters to check all framing, subfloor, and other affected materials.
Document all readings, completed work, and equipment placement with detailed photos.
Once materials have reached dry standard:
Remove all drying equipment.
Clean and disinfect affected areas, including sweeping and vacuuming.
Remove floor protection and containment barriers.
Review results with the homeowner, confirm dry standards have been met, and explain the next steps toward rebuild.
Upload all photos to the DASH CRM system, write a job note detailing the day's work, and create a scope note.
Provide assistance to the demo crew when the schedule allows or additional help is needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently.
Comfortable using moisture meters, hand tools, and cleaning equipment.
Willingness to work some weekends and respond to after-hours calls.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Experience:

Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for performing routine daily patient care in accordance with established nursing care practices. We are looking for someone in this position to work a Sunday- Thursday schedule on a consistent basis.
Standardized Test Scores: If you've taken any standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, or others, we request you to share your scores. This is not a requirement and will not be a sole determining factor for hiring decisions, but it helps us learn more about our candidates since we do not conduct pre-employment testing.
Each shift is 8 hours, but event start and end times typically vary between the hours of 7am - 8pm, depending on location. We try to keep event start times as consistent as possible, but there will be some variation.

Compensation:
First-year fully licensed hourly-wage techs can earn upwards of $58,000 annually, including bonuses and overtime.
Your base hourly rate starts at $25.04 once fully licensed. All team members are eligible for overtime on an as-needed basis.
Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. Part-time team members working 16 hours a week or more will receive $250 per month. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly goals in 2024 except one.
Team members are also eligible for annual bonuses which are a combination of cash and stock options.
As a full-time employee, you are guaranteed weekly pay equivalent to 30 hours of work, but can earn more by working more.
All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants and profit sharing, which are awarded based on performance.
We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows.

Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for performing routine daily patient care in accordance with established nursing care practices.
