Physical Agility Test Carrying one piece of equipment in each hand (25 - 30 lbs. each), walk 100 yards which will include uneven terrain, a decline and an incline. Complete two minutes of continuous CPR compressions, maintaining adequate rate and depth of compression (< three errors). Pick up a barbell with 110 lbs., carry 20 yards forward and backward - simulates carrying a 200 lbs. patient.
