Candidates must achieve a minimum rating of 70% on each examination in order to be placed on the eligible list. * Rate-out: A rate-out is an examination that involves a paper rating of the candidate's application using the following criteria: education, training, and experience. Candidates will not be scheduled for the rate-out process. Note: The rating of 70 referred to may be the same or other than an arithmetic 70% of the total possible points. The CCHT will fulfill the Client Dialysis Mission Statement: “Making Life Better for Those Living with Kidney Disease” by providing superior customer service as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications: Prefer one (1) year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Must be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or equivalent; a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a plus. Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent customer service skills. Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs. Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
