Assembles/disassembles patient shadow charts in a timely fashion to facilitate patient flow. 3. Promptly and accurately responds to delegated tasks within scope of practice. 4. During EHR downtime, accurately and promptly completes necessary paperwork which assists to ensure tests, consults and treatments are initiated/completed. 5.
