About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate II will provide support to the residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities as assigned by utilizing an approved evidenced-based group curriculum. They will provide limited treatment services and personal care supports for clients that help them develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate II will administer prescribed medications, follow physician's orders for all medications and/or procedures, document on medical charts and count sheets according to established procedures, and responsibly assist clients with self-administration of medications within agency policies and procedures. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.
This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Training Program
With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience.
Per OAR 309-035-0135, Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.

Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Full Time, Swing)
Sunday and Monday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Part Time, Swing)
Thursday through Saturday, 10:00pm - 8:00am (Part Time, Night)
What You'll Make
$21.63 - $22.96 per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $3.00 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

Madrone Ridge is a secure, co-ed, 8-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. Madrone Ridge is a beautiful newer building located on the grounds of the Junction City Hospital.

What You'll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training
Will be required to register as a QMHA - R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.

Surgical Technologists are allied health professionals who are an integral part of the medical team providing surgical care to patients. They work under the supervision and delegatory authority of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures. Primary Responsibilities
Participate in and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic that aligns with the Service and Behavioral Standards document. Employees are expected to read, understand, and embrace their principles.
Assess patient status during the pre-op interview and on a continuing basis.
Provide safe, therapeutic, quality care using the nursing process and diagnosis, setting appropriate priorities, and documenting interventions and patient responses.
Ensure patient care is delivered in an organized and timely manner.
Apply nursing care standards when planning and implementing patient care.
Communicate relevant patient information to surgeons, anesthesia staff, management, and other team members.
Execute physician orders accurately and promptly, documenting all activities.

Participate in the orientation and training of new employees.

The Oregon National Primate Center (ONPRC) is located 12 miles west of the OHSU main campus, and sits on 162 acres of land featuring forested areas, research and administration buildings, indoor and outdoor animal housing, and 2-mile perimeter walking path. Our mission is to improve human health and the quality of life through the support of nonhuman primate research programs that advance our knowledge of the causes, preventions, treatments, and cures of debilitating diseases.
Function/Duties of Position
Provide research support, routine health care and animal husbandry for animals maintained at the Oregon National Primate Research Center. The primary function of this position is to perform the manual and technical husbandry tasks directly related to the care of, and research support for the use of, laboratory animals. Duties must be performed in a professional manner and will require contact with investigative staff. The area of work assignment and specific tasks will vary, depending on animal populations and care requirements, service requirements, and staffing needs, during regular and non-regular working hours, including weekends, holidays, or on an overtime basis.
Research Support Services
* Responsible for, assist with, coordinate, and complete a large volume of tasks following various clearly defined and established research protocols and procedures, in support of laboratory animals used in research.
* Participate in the development, coordination and implementation of institution-wide animal care and use procedures.

Function/Duties of Position
Provide research support, routine health care and animal husbandry for animals maintained at the Oregon National Primate Research Center. The primary function of this position is to perform the manual and technical husbandry tasks directly related to the care of, and research support for the use of, laboratory animals. Research Support Services

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at The Guest House in Eugene, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Functions as a surgical team member in the operating room working under the direction and supervision of an RN. Assists in providing care to patients of all ages including pediatrics and geriatrics to assure quality nursing care.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Operating Room of Surgery provides intraoperative care to surgical and procedural sedation patients. We provide service for the patient population of pediatrics, adolescents, adult and elderly patients. We work with a variety of provider specialties in caring for people going home that day or are being admitted to the hospital.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current documentation of certification to practice surgical technology in Oregon required.
Option 1
Successful completion of a training program for surgical technologists in a branch of the armed forces of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corp.
Successful completion of 16 hours of continuing education every two (2) years relevant to the medical-surgical practice of surgical technology.
Option 2
Successful completion of a surgical technology education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
Certification as a surgical technologist issued by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or successful completion of the CAAHEP or ABHES educational program within the past twelve months.
Option 3
Candidate has practiced surgical technology at least two (2) years between January 1, 2014 and January 1, 2017 in a hospital, ambulatory surgical center or as an employee of a federal government agency or institution.
Successful completion of 16 hours of continuing education every two (2) years relevant to the medical-surgical practice of surgical technology.
Option 4
Successful completion of a BOLI registered apprenticeship program for surgical technologists that has been approved by OHA.
Current Tech in Surgery TS-Certification from NCCT.
