Job Summary: The Psychiatric Technician is responsible to provide rehabilitative support regarding the care of a co-occurring population ensuring that clients and staff have what they need to follow the lead of the Clinical Director and Program Director.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for conducting client Intake/Discharge Inventory's and documenting all items in the EMR system.
•Provide line of sight supervision to clients throughout the duration of your shift.
•Provide and facilitate educational and support groups assigned and promptly document these activities in the client's records.

•Provides crisis intervention services when authorized and necessary.

•Communicate with fellow Psych Techs, Therapists, Nurse, and Program Director, on an ongoing basis.
•Responsible for ensuring that clients are in designated group area prior to the start of every group; prompts and encourages clients to join every scheduled group and communicates a client's refusal to the appropriate parties.
•Conduct thorough room and facility searches to ensure the clients' safety at all times.
•Transports clients to offsite appointments as assigned and maintain a safe driving record.
•Collects, prepares, schedules FedEx pickup, and documents UA POC results in EMR.
•Provides client's their approved belongings during designated leisure time periods.
•Assists clients with activities of daily living, including cleaning, putting belongings away, folding laundry, clean up after meals, etc. Complete other house chores as assigned.
•Carry out other responsibilities as delegated.
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Solid communication skills (written and oral), collaboration and intervention skills.
•Ability to problem solve, identify, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

•Punctual in arriving/departing for scheduled shifts and diligently takes full 30-min lunch break between the 3.5-5 hour mark after clocking in.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
•Possess a High School diploma or GED
•Valid first aid and CPR certification
•Have a minimum of 1-year experience in the social services field
•Demonstrates a genuine desire to work with the population served
•Current driver's license, current auto insurance and clear DMV report Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
First-year fully licensed hourly-wage techs can earn upwards of $75,035 annually, including bonuses.
Your base hourly rate starts at $24.69 per hour and increases to $30.69 once fully licensed and mobile ready.
All hourly team members are eligible for overtime on an as-needed basis.
Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. Part-time team members working 16 hours a week or more will receive $250 per month. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly goals in 2025 except three.
Team members are also eligible for annual bonuses which are a combination of cash and stock options.
As a full-time employee, you are guaranteed weekly pay equivalent to 30 hours of work, but can earn more by working more.
All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants and profit sharing, which are awarded based on performance.
We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows.

Medication Tech duties:
Reviews service plan to learn pertinent information about residents.
Assists/observes medications and treatments for each resident using the medication observation record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
Documents and initials form as medications are given including appropriate documentation for refusal or missed doses.
Maintains confidentiality of all resident information including resident medication.
Reports all resident concerns made while assisting resident with the medication to the Nurse and/or Health Care Coordinator (HCC).
Restocks medication cart after all medication passes.
Assists in checking medication regardless of packaging system.
Counts all narcotics with another Medication Care Manager or Nurse each shift.
Maintains and cleans the Medication Room, med charts, treatment carts for neatness cleanliness, availability of medications and expired medications.
Follows re-fill process for medications.
Participates in the development of the Service Plan and monthly updates.
Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration rates.

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinical Tech, you will provide essential direct and indirect patientcare support, significantly contributing to smooth clinical operations and a safe environment. Working under direct supervision, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience and care delivery.
Every day you will perform clinical support tasks specific to your area, such as assisting with ADLs and vital signs, setting up surgical instruments, or collecting lab specimens. You will maintain equipment, stock supplies, and ensure patient comfort and safety, communicating effectively within the healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma and relevant certifications (e.g., CNA, BLS), along with a strong desire to contribute to patientcare. Your excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting will be vital.

* Demonstrates competency in performance, ordering and documentation of EKG's. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy.
* Demonstrates competency in the procedure of phlebotomy according to hospital standards. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy.
Job Requirements
Required
* Certificate Other Phlebotomy certificate required, upon hire

The Medication Technician is responsible for supervising and assisting in the administration of medications to residents as ordered and in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and practices of the company. In addition, the Medication Technician will provide direct personal care, encourage residents to participate in activities, and work with housekeepers and maintenance staff in accordance with the company s mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications:
Prefer one (1) year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
A high school diploma or equivalent; a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a plus.
Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
