The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and proactive-comfortable supporting patients through cutting -edge treatments while also engaging in community outreach to build professional referral relationships. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: Administer TMS treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols under physician supervision. Monitor patients during Spravato treatments, ensuring safety and adherence to REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) requirements. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during their treatment sessions. Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate clinical records. Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling TMS and Spravato patients, confirming appointments, and managing follow -ups. Obtain and manage prior authorizations for TMS and Spravato treatments from insurance providers. Collect co -pays and patient payments, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with billing personnel. Order medications and clinical supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels and storage practices. Communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies as needed to coordinate patient care. Marketing & Outreach: Conduct door -to -door marketing to local primary care and psychiatry practices to promote our services and generate referrals.
