Flexible schedule, irregular hours
I’m currently on my 3rd supervisor.
In addition to having flexibility of time off, autonomy in the laboratory is appealing.
I like my center staff. Good morale and work culture at my center but not every center is the same
There company. They cut our raises, tried to cut our retirement fund, and they also handled covid terribly. We didn't have PPE for months
Holiday pay is good
