Position/Project Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to join a National Park Service (NPS) project focused on bank stabilization at the Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site near Stanton, ND. The work involves on-site construction oversight of riverbank stabilization activities at a highly sensitive archeological site, requiring close coordination with NPS, the construction contractor, archeologists, and tribal monitors. The Construction Management Representative will support pre-construction coordination, full-time on-site construction oversight, and project close-out to ensure work is performed in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, safety standards, and federal resource protection laws on a project with heightened cultural and environmental sensitivity.
This role is contingent upon award of project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction.
Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications.
Arrange, attend and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site.
Arrange, attend, facilitate, and document project meetings, including weekly progress meetings, safety meetings, inspections, negotiations, and internal Government meetings; prepare meeting minutes within required timeframes.
Perform on-site inspections, including mock-ups, preparatory, initial, follow-up, and post-construction inspections; document findings with photographs, descriptions, and reports.
Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor.
Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.
Draft project related correspondence for NPS to review and issuance.

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum four (4) year Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or other related field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant construction and/or engineering work experience in construction management, preferably aligned to civil, environmental, and site-sensitive construction.
Experience working on federally funded projects or within historic and environmentally sensitive sites strongly

Ability to interpret construction schedules and accurately assess and document project progress.

A typical day may include:

Coordinate with Wing Scheduling, outside agencies, exercise participants, and higher headquarters (i.e., RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG, Weapons School support) for reporting and to facilitate exercise and special event schedule coordination. Provide inputs to Wing Scheduling and update daily Supervisor of Flying, Top 3, and schedules. Correlate sortie length and airspace requirements with syllabus requirements. Attend meetings, as required, including but not limited to: Weekly Special Use Airspace Scheduling meeting for schedule coordination and deconfliction; Weekly Planning/Coordinating Airspace Restrictions meeting for schedule coordination and deconfliction; Monthly Range Scheduling meetings for schedule coordination and deconfliction.
* Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
* Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
* Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program.

Under the direction of the practice manager, the Registration Specialist Clinic will be responsible for answering incoming calls for the clinic, responding to a variety of patient requests and inquires including scheduling appointments for physicians and hospital related appointments and procedures. In addition,the Registration Specialist Clinic will focus on obtaining the required information from the Patient/family to complete registration, complete verification through use of various software, complete Medicare secondary (MSP) questions, and look up current insurance and co-pay information.
Essential Job Functions:
Accurately registers patients by collecting and recording demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data in the computer system. Records and collects necessary patient account documents. Collects self-pay balances, pre-payment amounts, and co-pays per guidelines, if applicable. Creates accounts for new patients and updates accounts for previous patients to ensure accurate services and account processing.
Schedules patient visits and/or procedures, while coordinating appointments with other departments to meet the patient/provider needs.
Accurately schedules and registers appointments.
Maintains knowledge of and complies with third-party payers' requirements for verifying insurance information, obtains authorizations/pre-certifications, and completes other activities to ensure services are billed and reimbursed appropriately. Reviews Medicare accounts for completed MSPQ.
Modifies work schedule to meet department goals/deadlines and the needs of the department and patients.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
