Phil is responsible for leading all operational aspects related to converting and supporting clients. Phil has been leading technology implementation organizations, support teams, and consulting engagements for his entire 15 year professional career. Phil most recently served as DVP of Business Transformation for ADP, where he successfully introduced and executed a company-wide methodology, based on both LEAN and Six Sigma principles, to improve client quality, to reduce cycle time, and to improve ADP’s operational efficiency. Phil has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and has project management experience implementing Peoplesoft and Oracle ERP systems.

Christopher Maiona is an Instructor in Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine and Chief Medical Officer at PatientKeeper Inc and is based in Norfolk, Massachusetts. He has worked as Regional Director of Quality at IPC Healthcare, Inc. (TeamHealth); Executive Director Hospitalist Medicine at Steward Health Care System; and Associate Director Hospitalist Medicine at Steward Health Care System. Christopher attended Boston College, University of California San Francisco, and University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1987 and 1989.

John Kelly is a Chief Technology Officer at PatientKeeper Inc and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
