Job Summary
PatientPoint is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM) to lead one of our provider and patient-facing product lines. With a focus on product discovery and delivery within a strategically important area of our business, you'll be the driving force behind a cross-functional product team, responsible for solving complex customer problems, creating measurable impact, and helping mature best practices as we build our product-led culture.
You'll operate at a strategic and tactical level - owning the team's problem space with deep expertise, pulling from your deep toolkit to guide rapid product discovery that better defines and validates new opportunities and product optimizations, ensuring outcomes are aligned with strategic goals and user needs, and building strong relationships with partners across our business to ensure well informed plans and smooth product iterations and delivery.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong product instincts, structured thinking, data literacy, a sense of urgency, ability to lead through change, and a relentless focus on value creation.
What You'll Do
Own and prioritize the roadmap for your product (a digital experience in provider offices/DOOH, driven by passive and/or interactive content and tools). Work with your cross functional team and partners to define and frame customer problems that are worth solving. Help create strategy and then translate it into meaningful product bets that align with PatientPoint's mission and OKR's.
Be the expert for a product space. Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure PatientPoint remains at the forefront of DOOH and point of care experiences.
Measure Outcomes, Not Output. Define success using meaningful KPIs tied to customer behavior and business value. Help the team interpret performance data, learn quickly, and iterate accordingly.
Drive structured product discovery. Leverage your deep experience/toolkit of discovery tactics, and your partners in design and engineering, to test, validate and de-risk ideas. Tactics may include user interviews, prototyping, data, or various testing methodologies.
Define and monitor success metrics for your projects and the outcomes that your roadmap delivers. Create and leverage data and insights to understand what's happening in your product, how it ties to business value, and to craft compelling rationale for planning and readouts.
Prioritize and effectively manage expectations. Gather input from your team and working group to inform your perspective, and then prioritize aggressively to focus the team's energy on the most impactful work.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work fluidly with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Content, Data, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success. Ensure alignment without losing momentum.
Elevate the Voice of the Customer. Serve as the conduit between the customer and the business. Use empathy, insight, and curiosity to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
Mentor junior team members. Support junior PMs or associate team members (as a peer) by modeling strong product practices, offering feedback, and contributing to a high-performing product culture.
What We Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
Demonstrated success leading empowered product teams to meaningful outcomes.
Strong discovery skills-able to validate ideas before investing heavily in delivery.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven development.
Strong data literacy and deep experience leveraging data to influence product decisions
High business acumen and comfort navigating technical tradeoffs with Engineering partners.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can align execs, partners and engage teams.
Fluency with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, Figma) and Agile methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
MBA or related Masters degree.
Technical proficiency with analytics and management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Looker, and SQL.
Experience in a regulated product environment such as healthcare (ex. navigating data consent and content targeting).
Previous experience with DOOH platforms such as BroadSign, SignageOS, or similar.

Base Salary Band: $133,900 - $198,400

Assists with providing safe, age appropriate care to the patient by performing all exams provided by the department per department protocols. Has the knowledge and ability to properly and safely obtain a quality diagnostic study. Responsible for performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases. Able to independently perform job functions. Sets up the equipment to provide imaging service and positions patient for the procedure.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Demonstrates the ability to adjust technique so that patient receives the lowest possible dose of ionizing radiation and that image quality is maintained.
- Reports problems regarding malfunctioning equipment to supervisor or service provider, so that problem can be corrected in a timely manner.
- Cleans, disinfects and maintains equipment in accordance with infection control policy and department cleaning schedule. Patient Care
- Verifies proper clinician order for procedure.
- Obtains complete clinical history, gathers examination data and assesses for contraindicating conditions.
- Follows established procedures for the administration of contrast medias so that no patient condition deteriorates, and no patient suffers undue pain, due to error or poor technique.
- Ensures that all studies have proper patient identification and right and left marker are utilized appropriately.
- Reviews ultrasound images for clinically acceptable results and releases patients.
- Responds to emergency situations and provides for the restocking of the crash cart and maintenance of life support equipment.
- Assists other technologists in all modalities when needed.
- Observes patient condition and properly evaluates situations when physician intervention is necessary so that no patient condition deteriorates.
- Verifies correct identity of patient using 2 unique identifiers prior to performing a procedure per hospital policy and procedure.
- Ensures patient's privacy and comfort is accommodated. Maintains patient's dignity throughout the exam/procedure.
- Demonstrates competence in the determination and application of appropriate procedures, equipment, supplies and techniques based on the age of patients.
- Organizes schedule, time and priorities so that required activities are accomplished within designated time frames.
- Follows physician's instructions when assisting with procedures and exams.
- Demonstrates proficiency with loading and operating power injection.

- Patiently and clearly explains purpose and nature of exam to patient prior to starting of procedure, so as to minimize anxiety and facilitate cooperation using AIDET; Acknowledge, Introduce, Discuss, Explain, and Thank you of all patients and family members.
- Ensures that patient's questions, concerns or contraindications are satisfactorily addressed, notifying physician when this cannot be accomplished, prior to the initiation of the procedure.
- Participates in the orientation and training of departmental employees.
- Provides patients with preparatory instruction and explanation of procedures.
- Required documentation is concise, legible and includes precise terminology.
- Reads email each day scheduled to work and follows through with assignment.
- Completes mandatory departmental and Hospital-wide education without prompting. Quality Control
- Consistently produces acceptable images, as evidenced by radiologist feedback and quality audits, with a first time acceptance rate.
- Ensures that equipment is fully operational prior to each use, by checking for proper calibration and operating deficiencies.
- Sends all studies to PACS immediately after completion, prints CD's as needed.
- Studies that have been reported after hours by teleradiography are printed and scanned into PACS, if applicable.
- Completes all studies in RIS before completing in PACS.
- Prints completed log sheet from teleradiography and submits to Radiologist, if applicable
- Performs and maintains quality control logs for probe disinfection and follows infection control policies Operations
- Restocks linens and supplies, and maintains the department in clean and orderly condition.
- Transports patients, positions patients, and helps them on and off procedure table.
- Performs patient charging activities on the day the service is rendered.
- Applies shielding, supportive and immobilization devices and equipment.
- Willingly lends knowledge and assistance to others upon request as needed and routinely as time is available, without prompting, so that all working time is used for departmental advantage.
- Performs routine duties of clerical and support personnel in accordance with procedure when warranted to ensure continuity and quality of services.
- Keeps supervisor informed on all responsibilities on an ongoing basis, ensuring prompt notification in the event of problems or potential problems.
- Maintains an individual productivity rate equal to other co-workers.
- Ability to operate all work stations associated with the US department.
- Ability to push / retrieve images from the Ultrasound console to PACS.

Some facts about us:
We utilize Respiratory Driven Protocols to manage patients in ICU and acute care areas. After completing competency, RTs are able to intubate and insert A-lines
We work in adult cardiac care unit (ICU), medical/surgical ICU, progressive care unit (PCU), acute care floors (womens, medical, surgical, joint/spine, neuro)
We have a Womens Center with a level 3 NICU. RTs will attend deliveries and care for babies who are admitted to the NICU receiving respiratory care
We have a pulmonary function lab (PFT) where RTs perform outpatient and inpatient PFTS
We perform inpatient EKGs on the general care floors, occasionally outpatient (shared service with cardiology)
We manage GE Carescape R860 vents, Servo I vents, Drager VN500 and HFOV NICU vents, Phillips V60, Bubble CPAP, REMstar CPAP, Smart Vest, and Airvo
We perform bronchoscopy assistance with Glidescope disposable bronchs
Opportunity to cross-train on EEGs, PFTs and NICU
Option to participate in Annual Pulmonary Conference, Leadership Development classes, and Skills Development Courses
Our team consists of approximately 50 members, 1 director, 1 supervisor, 1 NICU lead, and 2 adult lead
We typically run 7 people during the day and 6-7 at night. Varies per census and acuity
We cover our South Campus which has an ED, behavioral health unit and acute care rehab. 1 RT for each shift.
We allow candidates to shadow our department and facility
Responsibilities: Works closely with the Respiratory Therapy Director and the Neonatologists to oversee the quality of clinical practice provided by respiratory therapist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) by training, allocating, and monitoring work. Will coordinate scheduling of NICU therapists along with the Adult Lead Therapist. Serves as a role model and advocates a highly efficient, accountable and collaborative team environment between staff and with physicians. The Lead Therapist - NICU will provide care to neonatal patients with the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. Qualifications: Education

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Clinical Pharmacy Management * Coordinate and supervise the clinical pharmacy program for his/her respective WellStar Hospital. * Responsible for the day to day clinical pharmacy operations. * Develop and implement new clinical pharmacy programs to enhance patient care. * Develop and implement a program to train/educate pharmacists in clinical pharmacy practice including, but not limited to, nutritional support, anticoagulation management, and pharmacokinetic dosing (aminoglycosides, vancomycin, renal dosing of medications primarily eliminated via the kidneys, etc.). * Supplement clinical functions during clinical pharmacist vacations, vacancies, increased patient load, etc. * Counsels or take disciplinary action as necessary when clinical pharmacy personnel violate established policies, procedures, rule, regulation or accepted standards. * Interview, hire and train clinical pharmacists and clinical dietitians as required within the Pharmacy Department. * Interface directly or through designated clinical pharmacist representatives with the Medical Staff on selected topics involving the WellStar Health System Pharmacy Department, e.g., Cardiology, Oncology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Anesthesiology, Antimicrobial Stewardship, etc. * Provide or delegate responsibility for inservice education for pharmacy personnel, nursing and ancillary services as needed. * Assist or assign personnel to determining/reviewing adverse drug events (ADEs), including adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and Medication Errors. * Assist in preparing recommended therapeutic interchanges for use in the WellStar Health System during medication shortages. * Coordinate the clinical portion of the WellStar Health System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, including: developing and editing drug monographs, MUE data collection and summaries, clinical pharmacy guidelines/protocols, proposed therapeutic interchanges, documents involving clinical pharmacy practice for the WellStar Health System Assists DOP * Assist in developing clinical rules for the computer system purchased/adopted by the Pharmacy Department (may include clinical rules for CPOE software) * Review/assess software for use in the clinical pharmacy program for the WellStar Health System * Attend meetings with pharmaceutical representatives to discuss appropriate product use. * Ensure that the pharmacy is in clinical compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. * Adhere to and enforce the rules and regulations established by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy. * Assist the DOP in writing and implementing department and system policies and procedures pertaining to clinical pharmacy practice. * Develop and administer a pharmacotherapeutic strategic plan to reduce costs and provide quality care. * Monitor expenses to identify deficiencies or excesses. * Assist the DOP in preparing the annual operating and capital budgets. * Educate facility clinical staff on appropriate utilization of medications. * Assume responsibility and work independently on special projects as assigned by the DOP or WellStar Senior Management. Biocare Medical offers an expanding portfolio of integrated products to address the rapidly growing cancer and infectious disease diagnostic and research markets with novel tissue immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization methods. Biocare Medical is headquartered and has manufacturing facilities in California with a global distribution network.
The Opportunity
Responsible for revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and profitable promotion of Biocare reagent products (IHC, ISH, Detection, Ancillaries) to existing and future customers. Focus on customers in clinical markets as well as research/pharmaceutical/biotech markets. Focus on immunohistochemistry laboratories, in-situ hybridization laboratories, and general pathology and histology markets. Also, responsible for revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and profitable promotion of Biocare Instrumentation (Oncore PRO, Oncore Pro X, intelli PATH+, intelli PATH MAX, Antigen Retrieval Chamber, Other equipment) to existing and future customers. Focus on customers in clinical markets as well as research/pharmaceutical/biotech markets. Focus on immunohistochemistry laboratories, in-situ hybridization laboratories, and general pathology and histology markets.

Essential Functions

Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships with focus on growing profitable instrument placements.
Manages territory with CRM tools and analyze trends via Business Intelligence tools to maximize revenue.
Introduces and demonstrates new products to existing and new accounts.
Generate quotations, instrument proposals, and instrument contracts to secure new business.
Report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
Maintains ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and company/branch goals in the marketplace.
Coordinate the sales process across the entire value chain including lab techs, lab managers, pathologists, procurement and any individual involved in the decision-making process.
Completes sales calls and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
Develop and maintain sales forecast to help analyze market conditions and/or changes in assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth.
Map existing and target accounts with SFDC ClosePlan™ to ensure proper deployment of the Biocare Playbook.
Coordinate customer returns and completes proper documentation on a timely basis.

Competencies
Bachelor's Degree required with three to five (3-5) years of relevant Sales and Industry experience.

Excellence in CRM (SalesForce.com), Business Intelligence (Tableau), and other sales tools as launched.
Proficiency in the use of a personal computer accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications.
Ability to travel 80%-90% of the time.
Current valid driver's license including a safe driving record.
Compensation Range
$100,000 to $135,000 Annually (plus commission)
Expected Hours of Work
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. This position may require extended weekday or weekend hours depending on business needs.
