Security and Safety: Monitor the hotel premises during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property. Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches, and take appropriate actions. Skills and Abilities High School Education, or an equivalent of previous experience. Proven experience in hotel front office operations or guest services. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Working Conditions & Physical Effort: Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs.
