About the Team
The Scaled Creator Team within the broader GTM org supports small and medium sized creators on Patreon in their growth on Patreon. We work across Product, Marketing, Community, and Creator Partnerships to help creators adopt key Patreon tools and grow their memberships using a combination of 1:1 and 1:Many tactics.
About the Role
We are seeking a Program Operations Manager to run a first-of-its-kind hybrid program supporting 300-500 creators through a blend of scaled systems and 1:1 guidance. You will manage the operational backbone of the program, including lifecycle emails, community engagement, segmentation workflows, and data tracking.
Your role will include designing and executing core retention / growth tactics, including leading regular creator-facing webinars, office hours, and structured feedback sessions that help creators adopt new features, strengthen their business, and connect with other Patreon Creators.
You will design and refine program processes, gather creator insights, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Community, Marketing, and Creator Management to ensure the program delivers real impact for creators.
This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who loves building programs, engaging with creators, and experimenting rapidly to find what works.
About You
* Have experience running creator- or customer-facing programs at scale.
* Have managed lifecycle emails, onboarding sequences, or scaled outreach programs.
* Have run or contributed to community engagement (e.g., groups, webinars, events, office hours).
* Are comfortable leading live creator-facing sessions - such as webinars, trainings, or feedback circles.
* Can run lightweight 1:1 creator consultations via email or short calls.

About the Team
The Payments team makes it easy for creators to get paid, fans to pay, and everyone to trust that money is flowing reliably, transparently, and on time. The team owns core experiences across fan checkout and billing, creator payouts, tax and compliance surfaces, and the foundational payments platform that powers reliability, performance, and scale.
As Design Manager, Payments, you'll work as a hybrid IC/manager overseeing a small product design team working across Payments Platform and Payments Core Experience. You'll partner closely with PM, Eng, and Data to define the roadmap and deliver high‑quality, reliable payments experiences for creators and fans.
About the Role
* Manage, coach, and support a small team of product designers working across Payments Platform and Payments Core Experience
* Set a high bar for UX and visual craft across payments flows and tools, and give clear, actionable feedback on work in progress
* Plan projects and determine how to delegate amongst your team
* Be hands on, owning end‑to‑end design for key projects, from problem framing and flows through interaction design, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals
* Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define Payments north stars, success metrics, and roadmap sequencing for H1/H2

About You
* 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 1 year of managing designers or leading them informally with strong mentorship responsibilities

* Comfortable in a "player‑coach" setup, balancing people management with hands‑on IC work
* Deep commitment to interaction and visual craft, especially in flows where clarity, trust, and correctness are critical

The Creation team helps creators express their full creativity on Patreon. We build and maintain tools for media and newsletter creation that are distributed across mobile, web and email. We are a New York based, cross-functional product engineering team focused on delivering measurable value to creators.
About the Role
Scale & expand Patreon's media publishing capabilities, helping creators more expansively express themselves
Deliver high quality experiences optimized for performance, speed of task completion and user delight
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to design, build, and iterate on monetization features.
Lead development of fullstack features, with a focus on modern frontend technologies like React, and TypeScript, while building reliable backend systems in Python and MySQL.
Contribute to a strong product-oriented engineering culture, best practices, and bringing an eye for quality and user empathy to the development process.
About You
3+ years of experience in software development
Passionate about shipping impactful features quickly and iteratively, using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
Experience designing and running A/B tests, analyzing results, and turning insights into action.
Comfortable diving into both frontend and backend code to deliver end-to-end functionality.
Skilled at collaborating across disciplines and communicating technical and product trade-offs clearly.
