Most recently Itzkoff was Vice President Government Relations and Public Affairs for Wabtec and will continue to represent Wabtec in his new role. Wabtec merged in 2019 with GE Transportation and supplies locomotives, components, services, and logistics and signaling systems including Positive Train Control to the rail and transit sector worldwide.

Prior to joining Wabtec, Itzkoff led GE Transportation North American government affairs for seven years. Itzkoff earlier served as Senior Majority Counsel to the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Transportation and Safety.

Itzkoff received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. magna cum laude from Brown University. He is book author and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Hearing and Communication, New York, NY.
