Mr. Vanderberg has been Badger's President and CEO, as well as its director, since August 2016. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Gator Gypsum, Inc., a division of Gypsum Management & Supply Inc., the North America's largest distributor of Drywall and interior construction products, from January to June 2016. Previously, Mr. Vanderberg was President of Winroc SPI, the construction products division of Superior Plus Inc. for over 14 years. Prior to joining Winroc SPI, Mr. Vanderberg held management positions at USG Corporation, with operations management responsibilities in the US, Canada and internationally for a period of 16 years. Mr. Vanderberg holds a BA and MBA from Michigan State University and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D)

Michael J. Doss has served as our Chief Executive Officer since October 2015. He joined our Company in January 2014 as Senior Vice President—Finance and Treasurer and was named Chief Financial Officer in December 2014. From July 2008 until joining our Company, Mr. Doss served as Vice President of Finance of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., or ETP, a master limited partnership that owns and operates a portfolio of energy assets in the United States and then as Vice President of Strategic Planning for its affiliate Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Prior to ETP, he was a Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service, a provider of credit ratings, research and risk analysis, covering a diverse portfolio of oil and natural gas issuers. Prior to that, Mr. Doss spent more than seven years of his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP serving clients in the oil and natural gas industry.

Dirk Hallen was named Chief Executive Officer of Hi-Crush Inc. effective November 30, 2020. Prior to his accepting this position with Hi-Crush, Mr. Hallen was Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pronghorn Logistics, LLC, which was acquired by Hi-Crush in May, 2019. Prior to Pronghorn, he was Director of Corporate Development at Rockpile Energy Services and worked as a management consultant at Booz & Company focused on the oil and gas industry. Mr. Hallen also serves on the Board of Directors of Hi-Crush.
