The Cleared Armed Security Officer will be responsible for the following:
The Cleared Armed Security Officer will develop, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge of written and oral post orders, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Prevent all unauthorized access by enforcing all Client and PGI policies, including implementing and enforcing badging policies, controlling physical locks and keys, and inspecting persons and equipment.
Provide security protection for all Client and PGI personnel and property within the assigned area of responsibility.
Report or respond to incidents, security, and safety concerns per established post orders, including responding to alarms.
Monitor security cameras and other electronic surveillance systems.
Guide, follow, and direct individuals throughout the Site.
Assist in controlling physical and electronic locks and unlocking and locking doors and areas.
The Cleared Armed Security Officer will perform testing and other inspection services related to access control, including routine inspections, and testing of alarms, locks, doors, monitoring systems, and other access control mechanisms.
Prevent the theft of physical or intellectual property.
Assist in promoting communication and awareness of data center security policies to client employees, vendors, contractors, and others.
The Cleared Armed Security Officer will maintain standards of Armed Security Officer competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity, including compliance with PGI and the Client's Code of Conduct and Uniform Policy
Execute and deliver various reports assigned by the Site Manager
Complete and maintain pre-assignment, client, State, and PGI sustainment training as directed.

Required Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
A minimum of one (1) year of security, or one year of local, state, or federal law enforcement experience; or a minimum of two (2) years of honorable military service, active or reserve, in any branch of the US Armed Forces
A minimum of 21 years of age
Ability to complete an Ohio Security Guard License, including the application process, fingerprints, and background investigation.
Ability to complete a firearms training course in compliance with the Ohio Security Guard License and conduct regularly scheduled sustainment training.
Must have reliable transportation.

About the Role
As Access Control Officer I you will be a critical member of our on-the-ground team, ensuring smooth operations and workflows on customer construction sites.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for worker registration and badging; ensuring the credentials of all workers entering the site; management of parking, visitors, and deliveries; and documentation and other support related to those areas, tech troubleshooting, and other responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
This position works directly with senior leadership and across the entire organization. This position requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric jobsites in the local area. Travel throughout the United States may be required.
Core responsibilities include:
Worker Registration & Badging:
Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site. Work closely with the customer and Sitemetric team to understand and uphold site security requirements.
Badging Compliance:
Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are properly scanned in to verify their identity and maintain accurate worker headcount records for customers.
Parking Management:
Provide parking passes to appropriate personnel and monitor parking pass compliance across designated parking areas.
Visitor & Delivery Management:
Document all visitors entering and leaving the site and receive all deliveries, creating written documentation of the same for the customer.
Customer & Worker Support:
Provide support in all areas of access control including worker registration and badging, tech troubleshooting, visitor and delivery logs, and parking management.
Ad hoc responsibilities:
Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities to support our customers for one-time and ongoing access control needs.
Qualifications
2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring maintenance of professionalism while dealing with ongoing pressure and complexity starting early in the day and often extending into later hours-such as in healthcare, hospitality, fast-food/quick-serve, military, and other fields
Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues

Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate with building management, staff, and Allied Universal supervisors regarding security-related matters as required.
Follow emergency response protocols and provide support during incidents, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or evacuations.
Assist with deliveries and coordinate with building personnel for access and/or service requests at the front desk.
Maintain logs, records, and reports as required by site-specific procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Summary:
Provides for the safety and security of all residents and employees and property of The Ohio Masonic Communities.
Performs foot and mobile patrols of all OMC buildings and grounds and takes such actions, responding swiftly, as are necessary to ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents, employees and visitors and to prevent loss or injury.
Conducts monthly assigned fire inspections for hazards and equipment defects and submits written report to Security Supervisor or Manager.
Inspects for proper vehicle parking registration, and safe operation of all vehicles on OMC grounds.
Maintains complete knowledge of fire and other emergency procedures, fire alarm systems, severe weather alert systems, and any other warning system in use at OMC grounds.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OPOTA training or equivalent Private Security Training or EMT/fire training experience preferred.
Must have valid OhioDrivers License and insurable by OMC policy.

Summary Description: Ohio Christian University is seeking a full-time Campus Safety Officer to provide for the security of academic, residential and administrative buildings. In addition, provide general and emergency support services, and maintain a safe / supportive campus environment. This is a second shift position and is classified as an essential employee and he or she is expected to be on duty when scheduled regardless of whether the campus is closed.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Performs security duties while patrolling or monitoring surveillance systems and the physical safety of campus buildings by locking and unlocking doors. Checks for unauthorized persons, safety hazards, and general security violations, enforcing traffic, parking regulations, and issuing tickets. Provides escort services for visitors, students, staff, and faculty as necessary, perform jump-starts, and other public assistant requests. Reports all problems or emergencies to immediate supervisor and documents incidents with a written report. Maintains a daily shift log and documents all activities during his or her shift. Act as a first responder in emergencies and serves as Campus Security Authority as outlined by the Clery Act.
Qualifications: High School diploma / Associates degree / Previous security / Law Enforcement / Military experience. Current OPTA 20hr Private Security Firearms Certificate or the ability to obtain within 6 months of initial hire date. Be proactive, have excellent customer service skills, and a strong human relations skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse university population, and team oriented.
