About the Role
Dynamic Energy is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth in distributed generation across commercial markets. As Vice President of Business Development, you'll lead customer acquisition, negotiate complex energy deals (solar + storage, standalone storage, fuel cells, EV, community solar, PPAs), and manage key accounts. You'll align sales, marketing, and proposal teams to deliver high-quality, profitable projects and long-term partnerships. Proven success leading multi-state sales teams and managing complex negotiations in DER.
Deep knowledge of solar and battery storage development, interconnection, permitting, and PPA structuring.
Master's degree (MBA) and experience scaling commercial operations or managing a national sales organization (preferred).
Familiarity with AI, data analytics, CRM tools, and strong financial acumen.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD with a commission structure. This range is an estimate, and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. Job Purpose
This position is responsible for finance execution (primary - tax advantaged financing via structured partnerships and secondary - project finance debt and M&A transactions), term conversion and operating term refinancings. The role requires market outreach, structuring of financing solutions, negotiation of principal and ancillary financing documents as well as leading/developing a deal execution team and coordinating with internal stakeholders (i.e., finance group, legal, development, E&C, and other departments) and external stakeholders (lenders, tax equity, consultants and legal advisors).

Job Purpose
The Contracts Manager (Procurement) will serve as a key point of contact for capital procurement-focused pre-award contracting activities, and post-award contracting support, for large-scale, complex, construction projects, including drafting and review of terms and conditions and preparation and management of exhibits and appendices (in collaboration with project management, internal counsel and commercial team), for Pattern's Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC) group. The expected starting pay range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
This supervised position will allow for a college student who is seeking a career in the power industry to apply as well as enhance their knowledge with regard to all aspects power plant operation. This position will require the individual to work a normal day shift as well as rotating shift when required. Reports to Plant Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Assist Plant Engineer in day-to-day engineering tasks
Assist Plant shift operations including local starting and stopping of equipment.
Assist in Maintain shift operating logs and records when required.
Read and record gauges and meters when required.
Assist while under direct supervision by a qualified Calpine Employee with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, inspections, and troubleshooting.
Assist in development of standard procedures for operations.
Assist with Maintaining plant chemistry logs and records.
Assist with the requisition spare parts inventory for plant equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned while under the direct supervision of a Calpine employee.
Report to and take day-to-day instructions, both written and verbal, from the Plant Operator, Plant Manager and Operations Manager

Job Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Controls Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Chemical Engineering at an accredited college or university
Junior or Senior standing, preferred.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Legally eligible to work in the United States now and in the future for any company.
Willingness to work outdoors, in field locations, in a "hands on" environment.
Willingness to adhere to plant safety standards, procedures, and practices.
Good comprehension of basic engineering practices.
Good problem solving and analytical ability.
Strong computer skills especially in the use of spreadsheet and word processing programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organization skills and attention to details are essential
Must be flexible and able to work harmoniously with others in a dynamic environment.
Must be able to self-start and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and priorities.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Salary Information

Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The Development Associate will lend support to advancing development of Pattern's North American renewable energy projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and attending meetings with a variety of project stakeholders; coordinating development activities with functional groups - finance, environmental, technical, etc.;
Preparing and managing project budgets and schedules; managing project vendors/consultants;
Assistance with acquiring wind and solar land rights;

Assistance with economic analysis to support project and corporate decision-making.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIRED
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and keen interest in renewable energy development.
2-5 years of experience in renewable energy development desired.
Required Work Experience

Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as required.
