What you will do:
* Non-supervisory rig-based drilling positions are responsible for performing various manual labor tasks throughout the rig site, including rig up and down activities, general equipment operation, repairs and maintenance on rig components, assigned activities on the rig floor, mud-mixing, handling tubulars in the derrick, and other various duties as assigned.

What you need:
* The worker must be at least 18 years of age
* The worker must pass a post-offer physical examination
* The worker must have proper legal authorization to work in the country where the rig is operating
* Work assignments are generally 12 hours per day, for 14-28 consecutive days, followed by 14-28 days off
* Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
* Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English
* Basic computer skills required
* Non-entry-level positions require a minimum of six months of prior drilling experience, as well as knowledge of procedures associated with drilling a well
* Prior mechanical equipment experience is preferred for motorman positions

The Enterprise Data Steward is an exciting role at Continental in charge of making processes more efficient by improving how well and facility master data moves between systems. The ideal candidate has a passion for building cross-functional relationships, solving business problems, and improving data management processes. A successful candidate will also actively seek out and generate new and innovative ways to improve Master Data Management processes, data flows, and data quality across all sources.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Own Continental's Master Data Management solution, responsible for administering the software, managing the publisher/subscriber model, determining matching and survivorship requirements, and influencing data flow into and out of the solution.
* Collaborate with technical staff across Asset Teams and Functional Groups to develop and implement data quality rules within Continental's Data Quality Center.
* Create and maintain comprehensive master data documentation within Continental's Data Catalog. This includes data definitions, transformation rules, data flow diagrams, and data entry guidelines.
* Profile master data across sources to identify discrepancies and errors and work with stakeholders to remedy
* Communicate with business stakeholders to understand where data capture gaps and inconsistencies exist and exert influence to create alignment to the most efficient process
* Conduct training on master data management best practices for new and current technical staff to increase data literacy across the company
* Coordinate with data engineers and analysts to facilitate the integration of master data from various sources, ensuring compatibility and accuracy
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management. Apply new knowledge to enhance master data capture processes.

Skills and Competencies
* Experienced in Enterprise Master Data Management Solutions with a complete understanding of their capabilities and the ability to administer them from a technical and business process perspective
* Strong data modeling skills, capable of preparing and analyzing ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams) to best ensure data storage and movement within the master data management solution
* Strong understanding of the E&P well data lifecycle and associated business processes
* Strong understanding of oil and gas application data models including Aries, Quorum, SAP, WellView, SiteView, ProCount, and others.
* Use SQL, Spotfire, or other methods to profile, QC, and compare data across databases to make recommendations for data standards
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills with extreme attention to detail
