What Your Day Will Look Like:

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking insured, part-time 1099 contractors to complete rotating residential maintenance work orders. This is not a job board-you won't pay for leads or listings. We're a residential maintenance service provider partnering with property portfolios. Our ideal contractor is someone who has their own business or clients but wants to fill in their schedule with high-frequency, low-friction work throughout the year.
How It Works
You receive work orders directly from us-no lead chasing, no marketing.
Jobs come with “not-to-exceed” (NTE) limits (typically $150-$350) to complete minor residential repairs, ideally on the first trip.

Mechanical trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair) are paid diagnostic trip fees of $65-$85, depending on complexity and trade.
