I am currently Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Paul Davis Restoration, Inc., the franchisor of more than 320 independently owned and operated, as well as Company owned construction, remodeling, and emergency mitigation businesses in the US and Canada. I am responsible for the Shared Services group and all Legal, Administrative and Compliance functions at Paul Davis. In this position, I am able to utilize my diverse background in litigation, contract negotiation and preparation, mediation, construction law, employment law, as well as regulatory compliance and oversight. I am AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating conferred for legal ability and ethical standards of conduct. In 1994, as a result of a personal experience and passion to help, I became a Founding Member of the CHILD Cancer Fund, Inc., a 501c(3) non-profit organization that provides educational, financial and support services for Jacksonville families dealing with a child’s cancer diagnosis and treatment. I am a member of the Institutional Review Boards (IRB) of Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville, for research projects conducted in the Baptist Health System. As a Board member, I am responsible for the oversight of ethical and compliant research standards and consent disclosures for these research protocols.In August 2014, I was honored by the Jacksonville Business Journal with the "Women of Influence" award. I am a member of the American and Florida Bar Associations and the American College of Corporate Directors.
