We are looking for a Restoration Project Estimators ("RE") to be responsible for ensuring growth and development of the construction business. The RE will be responsible for scoping claim losses, creating estimates using our estimating software, and securing the project. The successful candidate will work closely with insurance adjusters and property owners to sell the services of Paul Davis. The area of work may be within any Company Owned territory. The RE must be the face of Paul Davis to our Carrier clients and property owner customers and is a valuable contributor to the organization. The RE delivers these services through personal contribution/activity and collaboration with the Paul Davis marketing team.
The successful RE also has a critical role in supporting the company's goals, strategies and policies for the Company Owned Operations as it relates to providing best in class service to residential and commercial customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
The essential functions of the Restoration Project Estimator are as follows:
* Meet with residential and commercial property owners to conduct onsite inspections and scope generation.
* Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate.
* Work closely with insured and interested parties.
* Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.
* Communicate any change orders and insurance supplements.
* Build and maintain business relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and TPA's.
* Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule
* Client Development
* Be the "face" of our company in the market specific to the unit
* Be the "expert" in the industry
* Maintain contact/relationships with key customers
* Seek alliances to improve performance
* Support staff in key client situations and event
Additional Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed compliance to Carrier Program SLAs
* Meet or exceed property owner expectations for communication and service, maintaining a NPS score greater than 55.

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS
* Minimum college degree, or equivalent industry experience required.
* 2-4 years industry experience.
* Proficiency with computers and various technologies.
* Experience with Xactimate, or other estimating software preferred.
* Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead preferred.
* Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
* Satisfactory background check.
* Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Lead Mitigation Technician

The Lead Mitigation Technician position is a career in the property damage restoration industry, primarily responsible for leading a team of technicians who respond to emergency and property damaging situations. The Mitigation Leader has a drive to lead. Our team's professional approach ensures both the property and the customer are attended to, while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and property preservation.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
Recruit and coach technicians both in the field and in the warehouse
Survey damage within the property
Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
Manage cleaning process for both contents and structural damage
Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
Clean up assigned job sites after demolition
Perform initial site visits
Conduct moisture inspections
Set restoration equipment within guidelines
Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary operating system (RMS)
Contact the customer of assigned jobs with ETA
Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles and equipment
Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment
Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
Responsible for unloading trash in assigned area
Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned
Pass IICRC certifications as IICRC classes are offered
Assist in the development of new hires through on the job training
All other duties as assigned

A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver II is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation of materials to various job sites and other locations. The Sr. Field Mechanic with MYR Group you'll travel to project sites across the designated service area, supporting our field teams. What You Will Be Doing:
Drives truck to transport materials to and from specified destinations.
Assists customers in unloading product if needed. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Occasionally collects payment for goods and services.
Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
Maintains telephone and / or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.
Inspects truck load as well as pre-trip inspection of vehicle.
Positions blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo during transit.
Must be customer service oriented.
Skills You Bring:
Class A CDL Driver License required with a minimum of 1 year driving experience
