The Carpenter is primarily responsible for completing residential and commercial repair jobs that are assigned by the Project Managers of the reconstruction department. This role must complete all repairs within the time frame of the job and within industry standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Carpenter is primarily responsible for completing residential and commercial repair jobs that are assigned by the Project Managers of the reconstruction department. This role must complete all repairs within the time frame of the job and within industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete assigned repair jobs for residential and commercial properties using a punch list
Complete work orders as given by reconstruction department
Communicate job progress with Estimators, Project Directors, Production Manager and/or Coordinators

Complete measurements and calculate size and amount of material needed on assigned jobs
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet the job needs
