SUMMARY

Prospecting and lead generation using various sources, including social media.
Begin building and growing a local customer base for generator rentals.

Work with divisional leaders and independently to identify new clients within existing large client bases.

Travel to damaged homes or businesses and support the cleanup and restoration of water, mold, smoke and fire damaged property.

Determine and execute proper mitigation and remediation procedures.

Ensure the compliance with OSHA guidelines as well as Paul Davis safety standards.
Ensure that all paperwork, data entry and photos are being completed and are thorough.
Assure moisture inspections and documentation is being performed correctly when inspecting & servicing losses.
Utilize drying equipment according to company and industry standards.
Perform demo services according to company procedures including maintaining a clean work site.
Identify and follow all company procedures regarding potential lead and asbestos containing materials.
Have a great knowledge and understanding of the IICRC S500 and S520.
Identify and resolve client concerns promptly.
Lead team to handle client concerns with a sense of urgency.
Lead and project manage large mitigation jobs when needed.
Make sure the calendar/compliance tasks are current and updated in a timely manner.
Answer phone calls from staff 24/7/365 and respond to jobs when needed.
Perform Job site inspections of crew to ensure quality control.
Participates in annual performance reviews for water loss staff.
Ensure mitigation department vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.
Assist other production departments when needed.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

RPM's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. Base commission on projects completed. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $85,000 to $130,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.

Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.

High level performance of water mitigation, board up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Have the ability to own the mitigation job beginning until including but not limited to: Perform Mica and Tic Sheets for all Water/Mold Assignments, create strong containments, and be point person for customer communication from beginning until end of job.

The main two duties: 1) Engineering Assistant will help with testing and calibration of a variety of products Manufactured by Com-Power Corporation. This equipment will be tested and calibrated to OEM Standards. To perform their duties, the Technical Assistant will work closely with test engineers to operate test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, Multimeter, and should be familiar with soldering. The Technical Assistant would be responsible for compiling calibration and test data in a report and maintaining the test lab.
2) Assist with the workload such as Assembly and Repair of Equipment. Help-out the engineering team with R&D products and to verify the existing products performance. Learning continuously and working as part of a team.
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics is preferable. Associate degree with electronics products design experience is acceptable. Should be fluent in English writing, speaking and reading.
The salary will be determined based on the experience.
