The Marketing Team @ Pave
Pave is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. As Pave continues to grow, we're investing in and expanding our social media and community programs to help bring the Pave brand-and our data-to more audiences. This is an opportunity for a true self-starter with big ideas to drive a meaningful impact.
This role is a mix of strategic growth, content creation, and community management. You'll build, grow, and engage our community of compensation and total rewards professionals through social media, community management, video content, and other channels. Through these initiatives, you'll help increase awareness around Pave's data, up-level our market perception, and foster an environment that keeps users engaged and connected to our brand.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities:
Manage existing Pave social media channels (LinkedIn), including content creation. Identify and manage new Pave social media channels (eg, YouTube). Define clear goals, measurements, and scalable processes.
Support multichannel marketing campaigns (webinars, reports, product launches, etc.) via social media and community channels.
Identify and manage strategic partnership and social media influencers, both internal and external, to expand awareness and impact.
Manage the basic operations of Pave's TR Listserv.
Measure and report on organic social media performance. Analyze engagement data, synthesize insights, and use them to optimize programs based on what's working and what's not.
Additional Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for video on social media; support video content creation
Identify opportunities for data-driven storytelling on social media; support content creation
Support social media advertising campaigns (owned by paid team)
Partner cross-functionally (data team, product marketing, etc) to ensure social & community channels support broader business goals
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience in social media/community management space, preferably in B2B data or SaaS products and/or HR buyer space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Overview
We're looking for our first product designer to join the team. Unlike traditional edtech companies, we operate real schools - from sourcing real estate and hiring teachers to designing the spaces where learning happens.
At Primer, design shapes everything - the mobile app families use, the digital tools that help teachers connect and plan, the daily experiences that guide students' learning, and even the signage and interior design of our campuses.
This role is based in our San Francisco office, working closely with our executive team on challenges that extend far beyond screens.
What You'll Do
Primer faces some of the hardest (and most exciting!) problems in product design. We're building experiences that have to feel effortless and human while supporting the messy, magical reality of school. You'll take real stories from students, families, and teachers and turn them into systems, environments, and interfaces that make learning feel natural and alive.
You'll lead projects from the earliest research to the final polish. You'll work across disciplines, clarifying goals, refining copy and tone, and sweating the small stuff so every detail feels intentional.
You'll help set our design standards, raise the level of craft, and shape how design influences everything we build.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of product or UI/UX design experience.
A portfolio that shows exceptional design polish - strong visual taste, attention to detail, and a modern, cohesive aesthetic.
Experience owning projects end to end - from concept through high-fidelity execution.
Strong sense of language and consistency - able to refine copy, tone, and visual details so everything feels cohesive and intentional.
Comfortable moving fluidly between visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
Designers who balance insight with intuition - comfortable making decisions without over-relying on formal UX research.

What It's Like Here

Key Responsibilities:
Own and be responsible for all aspects of the daily operating, reporting, and compliance activities of the Accounting department, including managing team, tools, and processes as both a manager and individual contributor.
Maintain timely, accurate reporting practices to the CFO and other stakeholders to support business decisions, including a robust monthly reporting package with period-over-period fluctuations and budget vs. actual variances.

The annual cash compensation range for this position is US $210,000 to US $250,000 depending on relevant experience and location. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.

Even the most innovative tech companies in the world often use spreadsheets full of flawed statistics to determine how to pay. Architect and implement scalable ML systems for modeling compensation within a single company and across the market as a whole

Job Description
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be a vital member of the team here at Primer. You will use the ad management tool we've built to acquire customers for our clients, and you'll have the unique opportunity to dynamically optimize the in-app experiences of the customers you acquire.
Challenges:
Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook (and Instagram) ad campaigns for mobile apps.
Design and implement new user flows within our clients' mobile apps to maximize conversion to purchase.

Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.
The targeted cash compensation for this position is (level depends on experience and performance in the interview process):
Tier 1: $133,000 (Base) + $57,000 (Variable) = $190,000 OTE
Tier 2: $119,700 (Base) + $51,300 (Variable) = $171,000 OTE
Tier 3: $113,050 (Base) + $48,450 (Variable)= $161,500 OTE

Our go-to-market engine operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, moving prospects from initial discovery to scaled implementation across enterprise organizations. The sales team partners closely with compensation leaders to identify strategic opportunities, while customer success ensures clients maximize ROI through our complete platform suite - from benchmarking and band creation to merit cycles and total rewards communication.
The rev ops team optimizes our entire client lifecycle using data-driven insights, while marketing translates complex compensation challenges into clear value propositions. Our partnerships team expands Pave's ecosystem reach through strategic HRIS and financial system integrations.

The Enablement Team @ Pave
Revenue Enablement ensures our customer-facing teams have the skills, knowledge, tools, and content they need to effectively engage prospects and customers at every stage of the journey. This strategic function partners with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to translate business priorities into impactful enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes.
What You'll Do
Design and launch enablement programs: Collaborate with Pre & Post-Sales, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to scope and execute programs aligned to performance gaps - including new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, product launches, sales methodology, and competitive positioning
Create and manage enablement content: Define content requirements and work with cross-functional partners to develop materials including product training, sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and customer-facing assets
Own and manage the revenue enablement strategy and roadmap: Partner with sales and customer success leadership as a trusted advisor to identify enablement priorities tied to business goals, conducting performance gap analyses using data, interviews, and stakeholder feedback
Act as voice of the field: Surface trends, challenges, and insights from revenue teams back to Product, Marketing, and leadership, ensuring field feedback informs product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Qualify and prioritize enablement requests: Vet incoming requests from across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and impact on pipeline and revenue goals
Drive adoption and measure impact: Leverage change management tactics to increase enablement consumption, establish metrics to track effectiveness, and conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and refine strategy
Build enablement infrastructure: Establish content governance, tooling, and processes to scale enablement as Pave grows
What You'll Bring
7-10+ years in enablement, sales, or GTM strategy roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company, with deep understanding of compensation, enterprise sales processes, complex deal cycles, and modern sales methodologies
Consultative approach and proven track record as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, with exceptional ability to influence, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated success translating strategic business priorities into actionable enablement roadmaps and measurable programs
Strong analytical skills with experience conducting performance gap analyses using sales data, CRM analytics, and qualitative feedback
Expert program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce)
