Loud, dusty, dangerous, low wages, hard labor, no room for advancement , hot in the summer and cold in the winter

Insurance is good coverage but way to expensive, profit sharing and 401k are minimum at best. Vacation stays at two weeks for 5 years, no PTO or sick days
