As a member of the Production Team, you and other members of the roofing crew are responsible for replacing existing roof systems and installing new roof systems on commercial buildings. You will lead and manage the crew on-site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and company standards. The Foreman plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, upholding safety protocols, and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the crew, the Superintendent, and the Project Manager, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution. Hourly Pay: $32.00 to $39.00 Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Manage and lead a commercial roofing crew on job sites. * Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety guidelines. * Coordinate daily work tasks and assign responsibilities to crew members. * Communicate with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding project progress and challenges. * Inspect work areas to ensure quality control and compliance with standards. * Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and maintain productivity. * Track and manage the hours of each roofer on the crew. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials. * Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly. Leadership Skills: Prior experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team leader, with the ability to manage a team, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality work. Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction techniques, waterproofing methods, air barriers, sealants, caulking, and concrete restoration.     As a civil foreman for our Ohio market, you will lead a small team through the building and maintenance of cell towers, small cells, and other wireless equipment and structures, installing, maintaining, and upgrading telecom cabinets and telecom shelters. Every day, you will interact with customers and subcontractors, complete necessary paperwork, and communicate with the construction manager about work progress and known issues. You will also review and approve your crew's work, providing training, guidance, and work leadership necessary to maximize safety and productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality. What We Need from You To thrive in this role, you should have electrical experience (both AC and DC) and be comfortable with schematics and materials. Experience wiring cabinets, panels, meter bases, and performing battery installations is a must. You do not need to have an electrician's license, but you should be comfortable performing the work. In addition, you must be able to perform tower construction duties in outdoor environments, in all weather conditions, and you must be able to travel extensively within the market area. Overnight travel with some evening and weekend work should be expected. You must possess basic computer skills and be able to complete/submit paperwork by required deadlines.
