RESPONSIBILITIES Train and instruct new employees on work methods, procedures, and company policies. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman supervising underground utilities projects. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and diagrams. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must have a valid driver's license.
