Scope of Position
The steward position is responsible for all aspects of the cleaning process for the culinary team and heart of the house. Including banquet items and kitchen equipment in accordance with standards. In addition, cleanliness of all walk in coolers, receiving and staff breakrooms areas.
Schedule Requirements
The operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all exempt staff may be required to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. Working more than eight hours per day and more than five consecutive days as needed is an essential job function for all exempt roles. Travel may be required and may include some overnight stays. All exempt team members should be responsible in scheduling their time off. Hours: Shifts available between the hours of 6:30am - 6:00pm. Additional hours possible on Early Dismissal Days, Professional Development Days and during summer/spring recess. Qualifications: Duties include caring for children 5 to 12 years of age and coordinating activities. Experience with this age group is required. Prior experience in child care preferred. Up-to-date certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
