Program Summary
Natchaug's Joshua Center Programs treat children as young as six and as old as 17 who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues, but do not require inpatient care. Services Include: Comprehensive assessment, which may include: Comprehensive aftercare planning, family, group, and individual therapy, occupational and creative rehabilitation therapy. Natchaug Hospital provides transportation from school to the Joshua Center Program, and then to the student's home.
Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Health Clinician works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services in the Child/Adolescent partial hospitalization program. Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline's professional code of ethics. Assumes leadership responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership. May assume clinical oversight of daily operations in the absence of Program Manager.
Key responsibilities of Lead Behavioral Health Clinician:
Conducts a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and establishes a care plan, as appropriate.
Provides direct patient care that may include case management, care coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration for care transition needs, crisis intervention/safety planning, counseling, and emotional support to patients and families coping with illness, trauma, or end -of-life care, referral and discharge planning.
Refers patient to appropriate levels of care and available resources that promote the individualized care plan.
Assists in the coordination of programming which may include staff scheduling, scheduling clinical activities, program development, utilization review, case load assignment, and attending meetings as directed by manager.
May assist in the hiring process for new staff, supporting expansion of initiatives, supporting clinician productivity, leading team meetings, conducting staff education and training.
Independently able to provide clinical social work interventions to all patient populations.
Provide social work field supervision to second year social work students.
***Lead Behavioral Health Clinicians are eligible for a Sign On Bonus up to $2,500.00, in accordance with program guidelines***
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy or related Human Service field required.
Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Clinician working with behavioral health and/or chemical dependency population.
Experience in leading clinical care teams preferred.
Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC; LCSW preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships within and outside their entity.

This position is responsible for the installation of refrigeration systems following customer specifications, applicable building codes, and proper piping practices.
Provide support on construction job by piping cooler boxes and refrigeration cases, including electrical wiring as required to complete the project.
Provides the required installation of pipe hangers as directed by the foreman.

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Analyst to join the Data, Power and Control Team in New London, CT.
Responsible for validating and completing incoming customer orders to ensure effective execution of orders from placement to delivery. Works closely with the Planning and Warehouse teams in optimizing order fill and line fill for customer orders. Manages customer orders and proactively communicates to prevent issues that could impact delivery on time in full. Manages all inbound calls from internal and external customers as it relates to order management, inquiries and non-conformances. Maintains an effective relationship and coordinates communications between customers, field sales, distribution, purchasing, planning, manufacturing and marketing.
Main Job Duties:
o Validates and executes orders for quality data, including product files, customer data, pricing discrepancies, order date alignment and shipment method based on customer's direction.
o Provides direct interface between customers and internal team members. Establishes and maintains a positive relationship in problem resolution. Empowered to work independently with Regional Sales Manager, sales representatives and customers to identify possible improvements to help leverage the Company's capabilities. Interacts with customers to make recommendations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of orders in order to meet the customers' needs.
o Conducts ongoing reviews with sales and rep agency groups on upcoming projects, critical stock issues and partial shipment information on sales orders. Collaborates with the quotation team to ensure customer expectations are met.
o Manages SAP reports to identify incomplete sales orders, required data maintenance, on-time delivery, manage EDI errors, etc.
o Assists with managing customer order/line fill and on-time delivery with the goal to maximize order fill while ensuring on-time delivery to the customer. Leads or participates in identifying key drivers which hinder the Company from achieving order and line fill goal of 90%.
o Communicates and coordinates with warehouses and OEM suppliers on orders outside the normal policy or normal production, capability etc., to enable the Company a better opportunity to service the customer.
o Evaluates trade-off of time, cost and service to satisfy both the Company and its customers.
o Manages the order-to-delivery flow for key customers / project orders.
o Resolves conflicts/issues in shipping and delivering orders on time as requested by the customer.
o Performs other similar and related duties as required.
Education: B.S. degree in Logistics or Business or equivalent work experience
Experience: 3+ years of relevant Customer Service or Sales experience
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Excellent skills in project management, demonstrated ability to make timely and effective decision, handle multiple priorities and effectively delegate responsibilities to ensure high quality service is delivered on time and within budget.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize and accomplish a diversified work load and effectively manage the requirements of multiple customers concurrently.
Must have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientation.
Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail and meeting management software as well as business specific software supporting business applications. Ability to use internet and web based resources efficiently and effectively. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is desired.

The Role
The primary focus areas will be Engineering and Quality for the Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) Department X83 Design/Build/Sustain (DBS) Field Office at Electric Boat (EB). X83 offices are located in Groton/New London, CT and at EB's Quonset Point manufacturing facility in North Kingstown, RI. As members of the DBS team, we are fully engaged in all aspects of the Virginia Class Submarine (VCS) and COLUMBIA Class (CLB) programs. We provide the up-front view of issues and devote our resources to ensure the success of NNS by transferring learning and excellence through our deliverables. Our on-site presence develops working relationships critical to the success of the VCS and CLB programs. Our efforts have resulted in enhanced communications, fewer discrepancies, less construction downtime, a better product, and lower costs.
Current support functions include systemic problem resolutions and Engineering issues, technology insertion efforts, design review for NNS manufacturing, drawing review, Engineering Report management, resolution of programmatic issues, Nuclear construction Engineering support, Risk Management, Lessons Learned for all follow ships, certification support, Subsea & Seabed Warfare Design Build Sustain, and Digital (Teamcenter) Design Review. Current CDL & medical card
1 Year of OTR verifiable Tractor Trailer experience

To qualify with Crane Freight and Cartage, you must meet the following criteria:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid CDL Class A license.
Must have a valid social security number.
Must have legal right to work in the United States
Must have 2 or less moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
License have not been suspended or revoked in the last 3 years.
No conviction for DUI or DWI in the last 7 years

Support updates to formal Corporate QA/QC Program Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
Support updates of project specific QA/QC Project templates to facilitate program development for specific types of projects;
Develop the project specific QA/QC program in accordance with the designated project requirements and industry accepted best-practices;
Confirm that the designated project representatives are providing the proper QA/QC inspections, creating the required mock-ups, utilizing the appropriate third-party consultants, inspections and verification that the proper documentation is be executed to formally document the QA/QC program requirements;
Audit the project teams to ensure they are tracking and managing the preparation and process through resolution of all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) and Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) to ensure appropriate and timely resolution;
Organize Quality Assurance reports for submission to the designated project representative as required;
Verify 3rd party independent testing services through assigned project management staff for all applicable requirements;
Overall quality control management of all construction and maintenance disciplines within the organization;
Reviews and approves records of worker qualifications (i.e. Certified Welder, Licensed Electrician, Etc.), as required for Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ);
Responsible for reviewing and approving all subcontractor related quality assurance programs with project management team;
Support specialty vendor Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT's) and field material utilization compliance;
Responsible for providing weekly and monthly reporting regarding quality assurance program status;
Maintain a corporate Quality Assurance Manual / database for all CSI divisions and ensure it is up to date with all recognized industry best-practices;
Supports scheduling with respect to deliveries and required quality related inspections in coordination with the individual project teams;
Initiate continuous improvement objectives and embrace technology enhancements;
Promote, foster and maintain open communication among all project team members, consultants inspectors, applicable agencies, and the supporting subcontractors and trade participants;
Participation in lessons learned sessions, operational development initiatives, and best practice training to support a continuous improvement working philosophy;
Maintain a willingness to reinvest in yourself with continuing education and professional development initiatives (i.e. LEED Certification, 30 Hour OSHA Certification, etc.) as recommended by the Company;
Support the development and formalization of the corporate Project Engineering / Manager Training Program;
Support additional intermittent corporate needs which may include project management and construction administration responsibilities;
Other duties as assigned by management.
