Paul Brassil is the Vice President of Information Technology at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and joined the Federal Reserve in 2013. He is responsible for all central IT functions at the Boston Fed, including application development and support, project and relationship management, information security solutions and compliance, and local desktop and network services. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Paul served as Senior Director of Solutions Delivery at EMC Corporation, where he was responsible for a large portfolio of mission critical platforms supporting EMC’s Global Services organization. Paul has over 20 years in technology and in earlier roles at EMC, and at previous companies such as Siemens, PrimeArray Systems, and Simplex-Grinnell, Paul focused on data center operations, application development, and IT service delivery. Paul has a Masters in IT from Bentley University in Massachusetts and was a finalist for the 2018 Boston CIO of the Year ORBIE award (Nonprofit).

Tatiana Baena is a Councilperson At Large at City of Central Falls; Family Support Chief, Pawtucket/CF Beat Covid-19 Task Force at Pawtucket Credit Union; and Board Member at Central Falls Alumni Association and is based in Central Falls, Rhode Island. She has worked as Commissioner at Pawtucket Credit Union, Vice Chair at City of Central Falls Planning Board, and Board Member at New Leaders Council. Tatiana studied at Central falls high school between 2004 and 2008 and University of Rhode Island between 2008 and 2012.
