Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service during all customer interactions. Report any incidents or complaints through appropriate channels promptly. Assist in depot operations, including stickering, packaging and manufacturing products, as needed. Adhere strictly to cash-handling policies and procedures. Maintain clear and timely communication with management regarding scheduling and attendance. Compliance: Ensure valid documentation (driver's license). Complete deliveries compliantly, following all Massachusetts state laws, road regulations, and company guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities: * Anatomy and Physiology I (BIOL 1200) explores the structure and function of the human organism on the cellular, tissue, organ, and system levels. Cellular metabolism, histology, and the following systems: skeletal, muscular, and nervous (including the special senses) are examined. The lab portion covers basic lab safety (including dissection and chemical safety), the language of anatomy, histology, the skeletal system, the muscular system, and the nervous system (which may include brain and eye dissections). * Anatomy and Physiology II (BIOL 1300) is a continuation of BIOL 1200. The following systems are covered: endocrine, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, and reproductive. The lab portion covers most of these topics and involves some "wet labs" (digestion and urinary systems) and may include some dissections (heart, kidney, and others). * Both courses require the set up and take down of lab exams ("practicals") as well as grading of assigned lab activities (as determined by the instructor and in collaboration with other faculty teaching Anatomy and Physiology). Responsibilities Lead and assist with engaging and safe BJJ classes for all skill levels (beginner to advanced). Teach and assist with BJJ techniques with a focus on proper form, safety, and student progression. Develop and deliver structured lesson plans for both youth and adult programs to ensure student development. Build strong relationships with students and help them achieve their personal martial arts and fitness goals. Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students reach their full potential. Use our gym management software to manage member check-ins, retail sales, and class enrollments. Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and class packages. Assist with gym tours and provide information to prospective members. Promote classes through social media and other applications to drive engagement and membership growth. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive training environment that reflects IMAs mission, vision, and values. Prepare students for competitions, if applicable, and offer guidance on training and strategy. Assist in organizing events, seminars, and special classes to promote the gym and foster community. Maintain professionalism and uphold IMAs standards of excellence both in and out of the gym. Uphold IMAs core values in all interactions with members and staff. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of training equipment and facilities. Qualifications Rank/Experience: Blue Belt and higher. Previous coaching or teaching experience is strongly preferred. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Passion: Commitment to helping students of all ages and abilities succeed. Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
