About this Role
As a payor strategy leader, you will drive our payor strategy and help deepen and broaden our accessibility to more prospective patients. You have a proven history of leading payor contracting, including direct negotiations with national / local players and have strong knowledge of healthcare service payment strategies.
What you'll be doing
Expand and develop a strategy for payor contracting across existing and new health plans
Proactively research, identify, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at target health plans to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership

What will you do?

You'll be responsible for strategic accounts growth and guiding campaign performance across Amazon and Walmart platforms.
As a strategic thought partner to our leadership, you'll provide insights, implement solutions, and take ownership of underperforming campaigns when necessary. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires someone comfortable working across teams and directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify accounts with the highest growth potential and develop performance-maximizing strategies.
Monitor account health and proactively address underperformance in collaboration with the PPC team.
Step in to manage accounts temporarily when performance metrics fall short.
Provide in-depth, data-backed recommendations and strategic direction to ad specialists.
Field strategic requests and delegate tasks or implement changes as needed.
Lead client-facing discussions around advertising strategy when required.
Maintain a deep understanding of advertising performance, client goals, and marketplace trends.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet broader business goals.
Contribute to daily team stand-ups and work closely with leadership to drive results.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a strategic advertising or performance marketing role at an Amazon PPC/Marketing Agency (agency experience is a must).
Proven hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
Walmart PPC experience is required.
Proficiency in using Pacvue or Intentwise is a must.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of distilling complex ideas clearly.
Experience creating strategic presentations, reports, and client communications.
Strong project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote team environments.
