Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Senior Vice President to help drive BNY's product and innovation agenda - spanning digital platforms, data, payments, and next-generation financial infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology enablement, and client delivery. The ideal candidate will combine product management experience with a strong understanding of how emerging technologies and market trends are reshaping financial services. Commercialization & Measurement Contribute to commercialization strategies, success metrics, and adoption tracking for new products. Analyze client feedback and product performance to refine and scale offerings. Support business planning, quarterly reporting, and budget tracking related to innovation initiatives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 8-10 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or innovation within financial services or technology-driven sectors. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and deliver results. Exposure to capital markets, payments, or digital asset innovation preferred but not required. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a focus on driving tangible outcomes. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience a plus. In addition to your base salary and annual bonus, you will also be eligible for profit sharing (based on corporate performance), employer 401k match, and significant performance incentive awards which occur at time of promotion.
