Paycom CEO and Leadership

Chad Richison is an American entrepreneur who has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Paycom since its founding. A native Oklahoman, Richison began his career in sales with a global payroll provider, before moving to Colorado to work for a smaller, regional payroll provider. In 1998, Richison returned his family to Oklahoma and founded Paycom.

Craig E. Boelte has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2006. Before joining us, Mr. Boelte owned an accounting practice that served Paycom. Prior to that, Mr. Boelte spent nine years at Deloitte & Touche where he served as Senior Tax Manager. Mr. Boelte has over 30 years of experience in the workforce management and HR industry. Mr. Boelte is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Boelte received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Brad Smith is a Chief Information Officer at Paycom.

Holly Faurot, 36, has served as our Chief Sales Officer since April 2021. Mrs. Faurot previously held the role of Paycom’s Senior Executive Vice President of Sales and Client Relations after serving as Paycom’s Vice President of Client Relations from March 2016 to February 2021. Prior to these positions, Mrs. Faurot served as Paycom’s Regional Vice President of Sales from July 2011 to March 2016, Sales Manager from January 2009 to July 2011, Sales Training Manager from July 2008 to January 2009 and Senior Sales Consultant from February 2007 to January 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree in management and a minor in marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
