Manage an electronic database to track all training for each staff member. Facilitate the notification of any training due or overdue.
The key tasks will include media preparation, glassware decontamination, material management/dissemination of glassware, and medical waste management.
Laboratory support services will be operated in accordance with the current USP, EPA, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
Manage all materials including reagents, media, glassware, PPE, and supplies with the responsibility for releasing, rejecting, and labeling as applicable.
Manage the preparing, storing, issuing and delivery of prepared media and chemical solutions.
Manage the pick-up, processing, and handling of medical/pathological waste (MPW).
Develop schedules for media/glassware/waste management materials delivery and waste pickups to include daily, weekly, and monthly activities for each laboratory facility based on need, volume, and timeframe to ensure laboratory readiness and minimize any disruptions.
On a monthly basis, from the accumulated Media Request Forms, provide summary of media preparations and bulk solutions issues by program area reflecting dollar amount issued under each accounting symbol.
Provide task specific training to Contractor employees for use of equipment and occupational hazards.
Develop and implement an approved written autoclave quality control and biological indicator program to ensure and document the effectiveness of the autoclave process.

Provide property inventory control to include inventories of all accountable and non-accountable property (new and existing equipment); Includes assisting with and oversight of property inventories conducted by DISA and non-DISA staff.
Obtain and maintain a Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) account in order to input data and run reports as necessary to maintain property accountability.
Process accountable property activity (additions, deletions, transfers, adjustments vouchers, and disposal) using proper financial documents to facilitate financial audit readiness.
Conduct physical inventories when required to verify accuracy of information.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) years of relative experience working in a Federal DISA warehouse.
CLEARANCE:
Individual must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Ability to read, comprehend and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails, and correspondence from inside the organization as well as from external sources.
