The Talent Acquisition Recruiter II is a proactive, dynamic, adaptable, and organized recruiter who helps identify a mix of active and passive candidates to recruit and hire exceptional talent for the Paycom team. The recruiter has a working knowledge of the business, policies and technology of Paycom and specializes in finding the right person for the right position within the company. The recruiter is goal driven and has a sales and service mentality.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Responsible for following the defined processes around sourcing, screening, movement and dispositioning of an approximate 40/60 active vs passive pipeline
+ Partners with business leaders and will have access to front line hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to implement and execute a custom hiring strategy
+ May work some pipeline from active applicants while also sourcing candidates from a wide range of tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
+ Partners with senior recruiters and team lead to execute recruiting team goals
+ Utilizes firsthand stakeholder information and assesses it to measure customer satisfaction
+ Brings ideas to management in a compelling manner that gains commitment from others
+ Oversee with little or no guidance the full end-to-end recruitment process for hiring across Paycom departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
+ Has ability to begin negotiations on pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
+ Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs as needed
+ Create and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
+ Act as a mentor to Level I recruiters as needed
+ Represent Paycom in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours
+ Helping the recruiting team meet and exceed goals with very little oversite in the day-to-day recruiting process
**Qualifications**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Workload & Project Management:**
+ Defines a detailed implementation plan for all customers which includes the goal of 100% employee usage
+ Successfully implements newly released products with all clients.

+ Coordinates with client(s) to collect setup documentation of all applicable HCM products

Maintains accurate records of all calls, emails, correspondence and client visits. + Liaison with ADP entities outside RS and proactively communicates and initiates service and product issues and escalates accordingly. + Proactively contacts respective client base to ensure clients short- and long-term goals are met. Looks for trends within respective client base, makes recommendations and escalates as appropriate. May provide training to clients on broad issues (i.e. investment fiduciary responsibilities) Proactively communicates with the client on statuses of open cases.
+ Reviews client investment documents and perform investment reviews for clients of ADP Strategic Plan Services. + **_Develop_** the data conversions of the interface solutions which connect WorkForce Software's solutions with other clients applications

+ **Create** and support the creation of knowledge base documents on WorkForce Software integrations, strategies, and data architecture topics.
+ **Conduct** troubleshooting on import and export integrations, potentially manipulating incoming CSV/XML/JSON data files for particular use cases.
+ **Participate** in the design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of web service integrations between applications across cloud and/or on-premises environments for customers who choose to use Web Services (SOAP, REST, etc.)
+ **Support** _initial_ deployment of WorkForce Software solution to production, for use by client's end users.
+ **Implement** single sign-on and API authentication in WorkForce's suite and on-premises environments.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience with SQL and writing complex queries
+ Minimum 5 years' experience with JavaScript, HTML and other scripting tools
+ Previous software integration experience with external clients.
+ Hands on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises using (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)

* Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management: Assist with the creation of the annual strategic planning cycle for the Real Estate and Facilities organization at ADP, including ongoing portfolio analysis to help maximize investments as well as strategic initiative prioritization and tradeoffs.
* Execution and Communications: Drive planning, creation, and overall execution on departmental transformation initiatives, clearly communicating timelines and successful outcomes to Procurement senior leadership, including early identification of potential roadblocks to success.
* Strategic Program Management: Act as the single point of contact in the prioritization of strategic initiatives and oversee execution across Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Engineering, and Environmental, Social, and Governance, "ESG". Build centralized dashboards/scorecards and other reporting as needed, focusing on quality KPIs. Identify opportunities to reduce friction in RE/Facilities processes and improve associate productivity and effectiveness.
* Continuous Improvement:Develop, implement, and continuously refine best practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
* Financial Acumen: Work closely with our Finance partners to ensure strategic initiatives meet our finance targets. Identify areas of cost savings, revenue generation, and value creation within the Real Estate portfolio.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, business units/functions, and cross-functional teams, to support their real estate and facilities needs. Cultivate relationships with external partners, including landlords, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment and compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Experience. You have 10+ of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role, including two or more years of people leader experience.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
* At least seven years of progressive, global experience in corporate real estate, including management consulting, strategy, facilities management, and operations.
* Experience leading multiple, concurrent, complex, global initiatives with competing priorities, in a Fortune 500 or similar corporate environment, including creating and implementing processes and systems that ensure operational excellence across the organization.
* Strong experience and deep knowledge of end-to-end real estate lifecycle activities, with an understanding of how real estate and facilities decisions impact broader business performance.
* Experience driving organizational change and process improvements. Ability to manage resistance and build buy-in for new approaches and initiatives.
* Strategic thinker with solid data analysis skills. Experienced with KPI tracking and reporting, and business case development. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated business acumen and executive presence. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience creating and presenting clear and concise reports that communicate performance and progress to executive stakeholders.
* Proven collaboration skills and able to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, ESG, Contracts, 3rd party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in influencing and aligning stakeholders across all organizational levels without direct authority.
