I have always loved working for Paycom. They allow to find the correct career path that makes the most sense for you and then promote within that department. They have great benefits and HR team.
The current leadership lost focus on who is the most important people in their department. I believe they will return to being great once they get the next leadership team in place.
The culture and the employee benefits.
The CEO is the best in the business, you will see him walking the halls every day trying to work on making Paycom the best.
I would not change anything about the culture. The culture at Paycom is great!
Paycom would always make us have multiple interviews for a position to ensure we had what it took for the position. They also made have a 30-60-90 plan, cover letter, at least 3 reference letters and a resume.
Based on what I have seen online, I believe the compensation at Paycom is lower than the industry average.
Paycom does a great job of focusing on the diverse demographics.
Working with the internal people every single day. I have developed a lot of friendships with this company.
It is alot to take in, the campus is huge and the job asks alot of you.
The people you work with are amazing
Cheap good food and gym
There are alot of step of leadership.
The culture is great
Spoke with a current employee
It is good but they have tons of turnaround
There are very diverse individuals working there, it is great.
The people I work with.
Leaders excessively supervise their direct reports leading to a lack of trust, lawnmower management style. Extremely toxic work environment in IT, highly negative and oppressive workplace culture. Unrealistic expectations for their employees and are unwilling to delegate tasks or give them sufficient room to grow.
Health insurance covers mental health at 100%, and it comes in handy.
N/A
Hybrid schedule
Demeaning managers, poor communication, no room to grow
Health insurance is $1 a paycheck
Money.
Work life balance, training did not prepare employees for success.
$1 health insurance for just myself.
Endless opportunity. Amazing people. High growth. Great pay. A value proposition that is resonating with businesses across the U.S.
Nothing. This is a high growth organization so it isn't for everyone.
The benefits and pay are great, but the people are even better.
Incredible experience with a culture that focuses on enhancing executive-level skills. Paycom has taught me more about thinking like C-level while giving me the tools to feel confident sitting at that with executives, all while bring value to partnered organizations.
The company could work on how they promote management. They tend to promote too early on, which leads to managers with little experience.
The training they offered has been unmatched thus far. Paycom pushes you to build a relationship with executives and provide value to them. That is unlike any other experience I have had thus far in my careers.
Compensation and benefits.
There is no work-life balance and the environment is very stressful.
Compensation.
Opportunity for growth and the people!
It's hard work, not for everyone, but we work hard and play hard!
Boot camp during lunch
It's easy to move and grow within the company and they reward good work really well with additional compensation
Sometimes the environment is a little too “Corporate” and everyone tries to “CYA” to the max on everything and that's annoying. It makes you seem unhelpful.
