Sasan Goodarzi has served as a member of Atlassian's board of directors since April 2018. Mr. Goodarzi is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Intiuit Inc. From May 2016 to December 2018, Mr. Goodarzi served as executive vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group. Prior to that, Mr. Goodarzi held multiple general management positions during two separate stints at Intuit, including as senior vice president and general manager for the company’s ProTax division and Intuit Financial Services from 2004 to 2010, as chief information officer leading Intuit’s transition to the cloud from 2011 to 2013, and as general manager and executive vice president of TurboTax from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining Intuit, Mr. Goodarzi worked for Invensys, a global provider of industrial automation, transportation and controls technology, serving as global president of the products group. He also held a number of senior leadership roles in the automation control division at Honeywell. Mr. Goodarzi earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

As President and CEO Mr. Beauchamp oversees every aspect of our business. Since joining Paylocity in 2007 Steve led the way in getting Paylocity to where it is today. From customer service to sales to product development - he's ultimately accountable for the vision and execution of our entire operation. Steve's experience in the industry spans over 15 years. Prior to joining Paylocity, Steve spent several years at Paychex, having served as VP of Product Management and was a Corporate Officer. In his role there, Steve was responsible for all product strategy and development as well as all corporate acquisitions. His resume also includes having served as Vice President of Payroll Operations for Advantage Payroll, the fourth largest payroll company in America at that time, managing 21 offices and serving more than 50,000 clients across the country. Additionally Steve spent three years in operations management with ADP Canada where he was named 1997 ''Employee of the Year.'' A proud native of North Bay, Ontario Canada, Mr. Beauchamp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Launer University and a Master's of Business Administration from Queen's University. Both universities are located in Ontario, Canada.

Most recently, he served as President & COO, and board member at Trend Micro Group, one of Japan's Tokyo Stock Exchange 225 index companies, where he helped transform the company into a global cybersecurity leader and added over $4B in shareholder value during his 11-year tenure. Mohamed joined Trend Micro in 2009 after the acquisition of Third Brigade, a company he co-founded and was the President and CEO since its inception in 2004. Previous roles included serving as the vice president of global sales and distribution for ZixCorp. He built and transformed the company into a global, high-performance and high revenue growth team. He also held senior management positions with internet security company Entrust. Wael boasts a wealth of corporate board experience gained from 15 years of sitting on boards of businesses as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor. He is chairman of the Board at CYSIV, an innovator in the field of security operations center-as-a-service (SOCaaS) and is a frequent lecturer and speaker at the Queen's Graduate School of Business in Ontario, Canada, where he completed an Executive Program in 2004. Wael holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Dalhousie University and the Executive Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School. Wael resides in Dallas, Texas with his family. In his spare time, he focuses on his hobbies, including judo, chess and meditation.
