  • Sr. Software Engineer (Azure/C#)- Remote

The purpose of this role is to use best practices to develop, document, and test code for a suite of cloud-based clinical software applications. This may involve developing new or enhancing existing software. The position will require understanding of business requirements and use cases, agile methodologies, and critical thinking. Technical and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Essential Functions * Work with Business Analysts and internal/external clients to ensure that requirements are understood * Produce and execute unit test cases as defined by the team * Maintain coding standards * Produce supporting technical documentation for internal and external publication as appropriate * Achieve productivity targets to ensure deliverables are met within budget, on schedule and defined quality standards * Produce technical specifications, code and/or unit test plans in line with the traceability matrix/functional specification * Escalate product issues and suggest product improvements * Build expertise and own at least one key feature or module * Review and sign-off of others work as per peer-review process Minimum Qualifications * Strong background in C# development * Proficient in Azure cloud application development * Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio * Experience with .NET Core, .NET * Use of Azure DevOps including Git/GitHub Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Preferred) * 4-7 years relevant work experience (Preferred) * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies * Experience in Azure PaaS development * Microsoft SQL Server * Knowledge of healthcare/clinical software Travel and Working Arrangements * Remote/virtual position * Employees may attend a yearly company summit We strongly advocate that our associates receive all CDC recommended vaccinations in prevention of COVID-19.
