Michael is a recognized entrepreneur and business leader in the wireless industry with more than 28 years of experience building highly successful companies. Having worked for some of the most innovative wireless companies (Cantel, McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless) in the 1990’s he subsequently launched startup companies focused on the intersection of wireless and other large industry categories. He co-founded a number of companies including @mobile (first wireless interface to the internet), mQube (mobile entertainment), JumpTap (mobile advertising) and Finsphere (identity authentication). Michael holds over 20 patents and has contributed to the wireless industry through his involvement at the CTIA as a board member and the Universal Wireless Communications Consortium as its founding Chairman. -

Johnny Ayers is the Founder and CEO of Socure. Johnny has managed and led strategy for the Direct Sales, Channel, Product and Growth organizations in various capacities since founding the company in 2012. Johnny has been instrumental in building Socure's tremendous customer base and suite of industry-leading Identity and Fraud solutions. Johnny is a frequent industry speaker as an expert on Fraud, Authentication and KYC/AML and has been quoted in publications such as the WSJ, Forbes, Cheddar and PYMNTS.com. Johnny is also an investor and advisor to the startup ecosystem including being an LP in Commerce Ventures, Lytical Ventures, Public, Astra, Paytm, Acorns, Zaam, Alloy, BillGo, amongst others.

I am the CEO and co-founder of mSIGNIA, a mobile identity company providing an innovative, safe, customer-friendly authentication method that uses patented, privacy-compliant data analytics to recognizes a user based on the changing personalized data on their mobile device. This dynamic analysis creates a Digital Biometric profile that is independent of any device so that a returning user can be recognized on any registered device - even a new one. mSIGNIA’s iDNA platform - which includes Digital Biometrics, Contextual Device ID and our Associated Push, an OOB approach using mobile push services to send messages to mobile apps for cross-device recognition - identifies users, recognizes devices and reduces fraud. When online services use the iDNA platform as the first method of authentication, it reduces the need for other methods that can disrupt the user experience. mSIGNIA is grounded in mobile identity and security which led us to develop our 3D Secure 2.0 software development kit (SDK). Our SDK meets EMVCo’s draft specifications to make mobile payments more secure without disrupting the customer experience. Our 3DS 2.0 SDK is optimized for resource-constrained devices and analyzes additional data points for increased security. mSIGNIA is an EMVCo Technical Associate and a sponsor-level member of the FIDO Alliance.
