We're looking for two passionate and motivated interns excited to gain hands-on experience working with one of the most prominent Gen Z lifestyle YouTubers, with millions of followers on all social media platforms. Interns will be shadowing and assisting with the production of a highly-anticipated podcast/radio show focused on lifestyle, well-being, and culture. Please note: only LA-based applicants will be considered!
This learning experience is designed for students and can be completed for student credit, with a flexible schedule that accommodates school commitments.
The internship requires a minimum 4-month commitment and offers the opportunity to work directly with a high-profile creator and a talented team.
Position 1: Productions Intern
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and testing audio and video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
Ensure all production equipment functions properly before recordings.
Support the production team during recording sessions to ensure smooth operation on set.
Help organize and maintain project files for post-production.
Requirements:
Interest or experience in podcast production, media, or entertainment.

Monitor and maintain podcast publishing schedules across platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts.
Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and audience engagement.
Analyze key performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement in production and distribution.
Requirements:

Managed Care:
Managed Care is the process to set up a provider (physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant) with the health insurance contracts and rates to ensure they are able to provide quality care to as many patients as possible.
Operations:

The Nordson Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is designed to accelerate early career development of high potential college graduates to prepare them for upwardly mobile careers within finance at Nordson Corporation. Program Design
The program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives.
FLDPs will complete a 2 year program consisting of 4 rotations which will include four 6-month rotations in any one of our U.S. locations. This will also include a 3 month assignment in an international location. Geographical flexibility is required during the program and also upon completion of the program. Relocation assistance is provided.

Program Overview
The FLDP program affords participants an outstanding opportunity to produce results, quickly gain credibility, and develop a strong company network throughout the 2 year program. Before completing the program, participants will work with the program administrator to identify positions in which to interview across the finance organization.

Full-time student completing Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting between December 2025 and June 2026

The base salary for this position is: $70,000 and bonus target is 3%; Nordson may also provide a housing stipend dependent on geographic location of the rotation. Benefits including Medical, Rx, Vision, Dental, and Health Savings Account (HSA), Retirement and Security benefits including 401k and Life Insurance. During the first year of employment, employees may accrue up to 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), equivalent to 120 hours. Employees receive 13 paid holidays. In addition to Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, each employee receives 16 hours paid time each calendar year to perform volunteer services for Nordson-sponsored events.
