As a Senior Account Executive, the role addresses a targeted geographic territory for High Production Printing in Commercial Printing, Service Bureau's, Corporate In-Plants, and Specialty Printing environments. In this Sales Role the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for Customers and Prospects in a specific geographic territory to promote, sell, and support via key account management.
This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Minnesota Office. so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.
Your Impact
- Engages key executives and decision makers to identify and develop customer business needs through promotion of Canon/Océ solutions.
- Develops productive business relationships and provide superior level of dedicated support with existing and new customers to add value to the customer's productivity and profitability goals.
- Develops the territory to grow Accounts through Competitive Replacements and net New Account adds to territory.
- Creates and manages a short and long-term strategy to position our products and services for a long-term commitment.
- Demonstrates drive and resilience necessary to meet established targets and acceptable level of sales activities.
- Manages complex sales cycles utilizing a consultative solution selling approach.
- Develops proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing and implementation plans.
- Coordinates service and software support and establishes appropriate resources for each account.
- Utilizes internal resources (product specialists, solutions engineers and technicians) to effectively present Canon/Océ solutions.
- Coordinates consistent behavior of representation in strategic direction of each account.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.
- Experience selling business-to-business Production Printing equipment or related capital equipment.
- Experience in selling Capital Equipment to C level decision makers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess strong business and financial analytical skills.
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills in relaying ideas, information, and solutions in an engaging and confident manner.

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $69,300 - $103,770 annually.
This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy.
Incentive compensation earnings vary by quota assigned, at 100% of plan, the anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $110,000 annually.
This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.

Under general supervision, is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of litigation support software in customer location i.e. iPro, Law, Doculex, Adobe etc. Ability to operate scanning equipment including Ricoh, Kodak, Canon, Minolta etc. Coordinate, preparation, prioritize, process and quality check, documents for scanning, electronic file conversions, electronic stamping, blowbacks, indexing, load files, specified delivery media etc. Complete all projects per customer's requests within established time frames. Maintenance of all scanning equipment and work-space is necessary. Resolve minor technical problems (when there are paper jams or scanning output is not up to par). May also perform other related duties as required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate, prepare, process projects for document scanning, electronic conversion, indexing, stamping; Check specifications on the request form for accuracy, quality and time requirements
+ Upon completion of processing documents/ electronic files quality check production and then output to the client's specified delivery media. i.e. single page/ multipage tiff, OCR, PDF, email, CD, DVD, load files etc
+ Duplicate and label DVD's, CD's using the labeling format specified by the client within the requested timeframes
+ Complete blowback requests per client's requirements accurately, efficiently, with in the specified time requirements
+ Maintain scanner quality (i.e. cleaning lens, reporting mechanical failures). Maintain required levels of quality and rates of production

**About the Team:**
UKG's Public Sector Sales vertical is seeking a Account Executive for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space. The Public Sector vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with our amazing products. This person will be tasked with maximizing sales revenue and exceeding annual profitability goals for UKG's Public Sector Sales team.
**About the Role:**
This Account Executive will be focused on selling into public sector city and county accounts with a hunter focus on net new logos seeking to transform their HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Scheduling processes using UKG HCM SaaS deployments. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
- Incredibly organized
- Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
** About You:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling ERP or HCM/Payroll solutions

The pay range for this position is $163,900.00 to $235,550.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
