The team size is approximately 5-6 employees. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for analyzing (not processing) weekly payroll for hourly employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, company policies, and accurate reporting. The Payroll Analyst will work closely with HR, Accounting, and Tax Teams. Experience using UKG Pro is strongly desired, Kronos experience is required. The organization is in the midst of implementing UKG Pro and the Payroll Analyst will be a part of this process.
