Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate documentation. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. At least 7 years of payroll management experience (service or construction experience preferred). Extensive knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations. CPP certification strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels. Strong confidentiality, integrity, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
