Duties/Responsibilities: Answer and direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all inquiries. Timely, accurately, and compliantly send, review, approve and process new hire onboarding paperwork, including offer letters, Direct Deposit information, and completing the I-9 and e-verify. The Delivery Support & Payroll Associate must demonstrate a high degree of service orientation, focused on actively working to onboard new employees in a manner that positively represents the company and makes the new employee feel important and welcome. Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems and standard payroll reports preferred. 4. Strong attention-to-detail and ability to follow documented procedures and internal controls. 5. Strong Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills. 6. Ability to manage confidential information appropriately. 7. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
